36 I called for my refill, and the woman I spoke to said I had one repeat left. I explained I’d be there to collect after work just before they close. When I got there they explained the script expired! You couldn’t have told me on the phone or even called when they realised? It’s a permit-only prescription and the pharmacy USED to send notifications when it was running out or about to expire. Now I’m without medication for 3 weeks until I can get back to a specialist.
Had I known yesterday when I called I could have gotten an emergency appointment with the specialist! But now I’m stuck in the lurch.
Friendly Pharmacist and Staff. Had moved the stock around, and the signage hadn’t changed, but the young girl was helpful when asked.
The worst customer service across you can ever see in your life. Ask Jod, No respect, no sympathy but sarcasm and make fun of customers in front of others. Very low behaviour for a pharmacy. What ashame. They seen me struggling to talk, struggling to stand and yet stood up for their wrong behaviour and laughed at me. I deserve an apology and for $ 12 i will take the matter to consumer affairs to teach them a lesson. The point is not 12 dollars the point is customer service and making fun of people behind the counters.
What every you say, that is the standards at that pharmacy, the pharmacist himself was laughing at me go ask the pharmacist i justcsent an Email with details and show me what you are going to do.
It was quiet when I came in, have to wait 30 mins for script, now miscommunication, now can't find the script. Taking my licence and my mum's birthday, but that wasn't needed as it was mistaken for someone else. Wasn't impressed. Was called out for my mum's script then couldn't find it. Wasn't happy. Not happy waited over 30 mins. Other were told 30.mins wait when there was only maybe 4 scripts.
One of the worst chemists to visit in Geelong. The only reason they get people through is due to the central location.
Several troubles getting over the counter medication and insisting scripts are gotten from doctors even when they are not required e.g for the most common pregnancy nausea treatment recommended by all hospitals.
And some staff seem to think we can’t see them… when the hospital did not fill my script correctly instead of politely informing they weren’t able to fill it, instead the script was shown to the other chemists whilst they laughed at my misfortune.
I am adding the information due to the response, the laughing chemists was on a previous visit with a blonde female chemist.
Always regret going here, if you’re able to avoid it and go elsewhere it is best to. Hopefully Waurn ponds gets an additional chemist option soon

I had some issues with service at Dispensary counter but a call literally from the owner was so appreciated.
He listened to me and had already noted concerns such as mine.
I now highly endorse this Pharmacy and have been informed that things are now flowing well due to the owner's initiative.
Attempted to exchange an item that I had purchased 12hours earlier at the Belmont location. Was told by the pharmacist, Michael, apparently a part owner of the chemist, that he could not exchange the product for me due to being a franchise. Correct me if I'm wrong and from my years of retail and stocktake experience but I can't see how this simple exchange would effect his store. I'm a mother of 4 children, student and work part time. I'm extremely busy and his lack of customer service has resulted in this 1 star review. Where is the community service? Won't ever support this business again. He's in fact tainting the Pharmacy 4 Less name.
One who take the scripts is very rude. Comments says it all. She couldn’t even greet back to the customer. Pathetic service. Wouldn’t recommend. Very slow service.
I was pretty surprised to see all the negative reviews, the team have been nothing but helpful to my family.
My husband and I juggle a few different medications and the pharmacy is always on the ball with reminders and dosage adjustments.

What can I say but BRILLIANT! Great customer service and really good advice on my prescription medications. Very friendly staff and very helpful. No time wasted, scripts completed with ease and efficiency. Could not reccommend this pharmacy groupe enough. If you want to really be looked after like a person and not a number and you live in the area or close by, this is the place! See for yourself and I am positive you will not be disappointed!

I was running late for my flu vaccine appointment, "No problem, we can still fit you in, that's fine":) got to be happy with that! Truth be known I forgot!: (Naughty me, but they looked after me etc, all good!:)
Easily the best service and amazing prices for prescriptions. Pharmacists are so patient and helpful. Defies belief that the ratings aren't uniformly 5 stars!
Pharmacy 4 less WAURN PONDS are rude and petty. I hadn't been there for a while due to their contrary behaviour, but when I found out they had a BP station (free) and it is advertised as free I asked if I could use it - I did this only for two days before they removed the BP machine for good - no proper reason given - false advertising and contrary! PRICELINE WAURN PONDS have a better Health Station including BP machine. I won't be going back to P4L WAURN PONDS - shop elsewhere

I'm not sure if this will get to them or how to send this particular store some positive feedback.
Today I went in to get my usual prescription filled. However I had an eperscription on my phone and it was having trouble being scanned because of some technical difficulties. The pharmacist on was very kind, patient and understanding, and was still able to fix it even though it was a very busy time.
I just wanted to say thankyou to the pharmacist and the lady at the counter because they looked to be the only two working in the store and were running off their feet to help me and others.
Great service when I was in a bind not having my medications. They faxed my script to my destination and were great about it also
I purchased two cans of formula in this store and only noticed that the used by date was next month. I then went to the store asked for exchange of much better used-by date - at least 5-6 months. But the manager was very rude and refused to to it. What a disapointed experience! Stores usually don't sell formula that has only one month used-by date, or at least they should let the customer know it. There a lot of situtations that parents just buy it for future use, maybe several month or half a year later!
I came into this pharmacy a few weeks ago during an incredibly busy period and it was obvious that the female pharmacist was under the pump. I think her name was Maya. Despite being really busy she still provided exceptional customer service. I was very very impressed and will definitely be back here again!

Bought vitamins and was asked if I wanted a bag which I agreed to. I presumed the cashier put my receipt into the bag with my purchase but she didn't. When I got home I relized I bought the wrong vitamins (wrong strength). I went back a few days later to return the item but was refused a refund of $36 without the receipt. When I told the manager that I was never given a receipt he told me that it was impossible. He was very rude and clearly made me look like a liar. Unfortunately I paid cash on that day and didn't have proof on my bank statement either. I know I am only one customer which they don't worry loosing, but word of mouth is still powerful.
Female pharmacist or assistant by the name of Maia, very rude and service felt rushed. Wont be coming back here again!
