Tried to charge for signing a stat Dec, refused cause I didn’t have any cash or my card on me

Exceptional service and genuine care from the team at this pharmacy. They go out of their way to be helpful. My elderly father needs daily medication and Reuben has been very supportive helping us to transition to medication changes. The team also remember Dad and make time to chat with him when he is in the store. Shout out also to the lovely nurse who does the vaccinations. Mo has built a great team!

Ordered medication prior to an operation the following day. Was assured by lady server at this chemist that it would arrive in time for me to pick up on same day. Received phone call after 3pm on same day, advising order could not be processed in time (I believe due to supplier having some sort of courier issue). No assistance offered to source medication from alternative chemist or supplier. One very stressful afternoon later, after making multiple calls to other chemists pretty randomly, I was able to pick up what I needed with a half hour to spare. I now do what I can to avoid this chemist.

The team at this pharmacy are fabulous. Patient, caring and knowledgeable. They have helped us on many occasions - thank you!

I realized that the Asian pharmacist working here is really rude not even bother himself to give you a clear response. I bring my prescription he refuses to accept it from but for the same prescription he accepts it from my husband. He pick the costumers he wants to serve if he like the face. If you are not lucky the only thing you get is insults

This is an amazing pharmacy, Anne is a great pharmacist. She is so kind and patient with her advice. My favourite pharmacy.

I have just come home from my visit to Pharmacy 4 less and have gathered my thoughts.

I have been to this place a few times over the years and in fairness have left with a good impression overall with the staff and service, particularly to our older residents.

To paint the picture of why I am writing this review, I attended the Pharmacy at 2 p.m on Thursday the 2nd of March for my Pfizer vaccination.

As I have previously had a number of these and have felt off kilter and lethargic for the first couple of days on every occasion I asked the lady giving me the jab if the Pharmacy would issue me with a medical certificate in the event of me not feeling up to going to work the following day as i have a physical job.

The lady said that that was not a problem at all.

Fast forward the following day and as expected i was feeling lethargic and generally not myself.

I then went to the Prescription section where the lady attending went and grabbed the Pharmacist.
He asked how i felt and i explained my symptons and that i would like a certificate.

The man got halfway through filling the certificate out when he turned to me and said "That will be $20.00".
I almost fell over!

I asked why and he said words to the effect that if you see a Doctor you have to pay and then went on to make a smart remark about there being no Bulk-billing anywhere when i mentioned that had i known i may have gone to a Doctor that Bullk-billed (regardless if it's difficult to find one or impossible the remark was very unprofessional).

The reason I am so upset about this is the fact that I was never informed at any point until on the spot and in public view asked to pay $20. This caught me off guard and left me in an embarrassing position not sure how to react with people standing next to me and behind me.

Obviously if the lady giving me the injection had told me there was a fee i could then decide whether to come back or not.

Finally i would like to say that having put my trust in this business to get vaccinated and of course to give them my business, to then be asked to pay $20 for a certificate that i needed as a result of this injection that took place at this site (surely is this not part of the service?) seems very unfair!

If I were to go to a Doctor for a medical issue and required a certificate either that day or any additional days I would not be charged an additional fee as the certificate relates to the initial consultation.

Pharmacy 4 less need to be Transparent with their fees and processes and not put their customers in these compromising positions. A basic level of communication would have avoided all this!

Amazing staff. Mo & Rueban are great gentlemen and nothing seems to hard for them. They’ve empathy, patience, kindness and excellent work ethics. For example, my father very ill today and the monitor and accept email script from hospital and said medicine delivered in the hour! This is a pharmacy invested in their customers wellbeing

The pharmacist here is lovely, so much better than the rubbish service at chemist warehouse down the road.

My son had just had surgery and this was the 2nd pharmacy i had visited to source his painkillers.
As the pharmacist did not have the right size bottles to dispense it, after hours on a Friday he delivered it personally to my house to ensure my son had pain relief throughout the night.

This is a lovely community pharmacy, with very friendly and happy staff. They open on Sundays and late nights which I find very helpful for after work.

I was very happy with service, I called 1st and ask if my doc emails prescription because I can’t pick it up for the city is that ok, nice man on the phone told me yes and explain what I have to do. When I got there it was all ready for me, it was a big help to me. Other pharmacy next to them, could not it with out original prescription the hand 1st. So from now on this is my pharmacy nice service, and good prices.
