6This is my regular pharmacy, always great service and very helpful, however today they were awesome and nothing was too much trouble. Husband and I both have Covid at the moment, they filled a script and delivered it to our home. Jeanette was fantastic- thank you!
Great pharmacy with good service. It’s in a growth area so can get busy. Locals can be a bit entitled, I’ve always found the staff to be thorough and lovely.

EDITED - The pharmacy have since found my script and apologized. All is forgiven.
I have reported this pharmacy to the Victorian Pharmacy Authority. Their disorganisation and dishonesty earnt them the report after they lost my scrritp for Dexamphetamine (very hard to regain if lost) I have left my 6 month repeat prescription with them a few times, everytime i tried to fill it they had trouble finding the script. This time while trying to fill the script they informed me I had somehow taken the script home. I told the pharmacist this was impossible and asked him to review the CCTV footage from my previous visit, he returned to tell me there was a problem with the footage and prcoceded to tell me it was my falut. Do not use this pharmacy.

If I could give no stars I would. Most disorganised and dysfunctional pharmacy I have seen. This is the third time I have wasted time, and apparently one repeat of a prescription, because they didn't have the prescribed strength and so dispensed a half strength med. The prescriptions cost both time and money to get (GP appointments can be very time consuming and costly) and it is very disappointing to find that one repeat has been wasted because they dispensed half strength drugs but only the same number of tablets so it is used twice as fast, this was not made clear to me at the time it was dispensed. I always call well before heading down in an attempt to ensure the prescription is ready to be picked up when I arrive to save me waiting around (this seemed especially prudent now given social distancing requirements) but this has yet to be effective, and I am consistently met with a blank stare when I tell them what I am there for, and told to wait 10mins (on one occasion i was told to wait 10 mins and when I came back they told me they didn't have the particular meds and they could dispense an alternative if I would wait a further 15mins!). I have never recieved an apology for any of the inconveniences described above and I have since removed my prescription from their files and will take my custom elsewhere.
