Been going to the Melton store for a while. On Friday I needed some eye drops and Michael was EXTREMELY helpful in making sure I got the right drops for my needs on the day 10/10
Always good service while I have shopped there. All staff I have had serve me have been great and cheerful

Service. Not worried about waiting if they are busy. Where isn't these days

Pharmacist gave my mum incorrect information and when she questioned him he absolutely treated her like trash. I rungup asking for clarification regarding this issue and he hung up on me once I referred to the PBS. After clarifying again with another worker that yes indeed my mother was correct I received no apology. Infact it was like how dare we question the pharmacist. I suspect this all came about because my mother wouldn't purchase the generic cream the pharmacist was recommending. Infact the cream she wanted was one we buy all the time a trusted and known brand. He was annoyed and claimed a prescription was required for a 15mg cream which it is not. So spiteful and has an ego problem. Just stick to trustee chemist warehouse. This guys credentials are questionable.

Had a problem with there computer the day I went in so there was a bit of a wait, the lady took my number and called me as soon as they got the problem fixed, good service and friendly staff

I had 2 most wonderful staff members help me tonight. I was trying to sort a delivery for my son from 2 hours away.these people went above and beyond to assist me and honestly I can’t thank them enough:) :)

Charged me with a mysterious "government surcharge" nearly doubling the price of my meds, I've never had a pharmacy do that in my 3 years of using this medication but that's ok allegedly all pharmacies do this according to the staff here.

Except I've never encountered this mystery surcharge before, that happened to be changed to me after they tried changing me full price. Curious.

Please read this! Extremely UNDERWHELMING experience, POOR service and expect NO apologies.

I had previously taken out a script from here and when they printed the repeats, instead of printing a 100mg and a 50mg, they printed both 100 mg. While I understand this may be a human error that can be forgiven. What cannot be forgiven is me having to travel back here because no other pharmacy can dispense my appropriate medicine and then being treated with NO sense of empathy. The lady at the pharmacy counter didn’t apologise, blamed the other pharmacy for not being able to dispense my meds when its clearly their error. I explained how this was a waste of my time and if i hadn’t looked properly i would have ended up with an overdose that would be extremely harmful to me. While showing no sense of remorse, the lady began to explain how the pharmacy had previously dispensed the correct medicine ignoring the issue entirely. The issue is that, regardless of the medicine they had provided me with previously, they ended up printing the WRONG repeats making me unable to get my prescription from any other pharmacy. The lady kept insisting it was a ‘simple mistake’ in a very passive aggressive manner without even once saying “im sorry”.
As an individual who works in the pharmacy, you represent the pharmacy including any mistakes the pharmacy or another worker makes. It’s not that hard to apologise or the least show empathy,
Moreover, when I was approaching her with my scripts, she appeared too busy on her phone. I didn’t think much of it initially since I understand she’s human too. However, it’s unacceptable to portray this sort of attitude to a customer that has a complaint regarding a mistake made by the pharmacy.

To the lady who’s name I should’ve probably got:
You may be having a terrible day to behave in that manner but when you’re at work responsible for peoples medicine that affect their health. This behaviour is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Was in store to get rapid antigen tests and saw how the staff calmly dealt with demanding and angry customers wanting tests that were either sold out or complaining at the price. The staff do not deserve or should accept that type of treatment from anyone for any reason whatsoever. I find it funny how people question the $23 price of a rapid test which is regarding their health and safety, yet walk straight over to Woolworths afterwarfs and spend $50 on a packet of cigarettes?
Still the best pharmacy in melton in my eyes, keep up the good work team

Above and beyond service received to correct a delivery mistake, really cares about their clients to ensure they get the medication they need. Honestly every staff member should be like the lovely manager that went above and beyond.

I experienced VERY POOR customer service! I popped in with mum to purchase the Covid-19 Antigen rapid test kit and asked one of the staff how to use it and she replied “I’ve never used one so I don’t know”. Well, you work in a pharmacy serving customers! I would expect you to familiarise yourself with products you sell and at least make an effort to READ the packet and explain briefly to the customer how to use one! Some customers are in a hurry and don’t have time to read it and some customers can’t read and need it explained etc… The packs are sitting on the front counter right under your nose all day so get familiar with products you sell, read about it so you have a better understanding and do your customer service! EASY!

Reported to the ACCC for selling Rapid Antigen Tests for single use for $23.00. They put their own label on in a plastic film bag.
Making a profit from an essential item in a pandemic is absolutely disgraceful.
Hopefully they get a fine for their awful behaviour.

The pharmacist is very understanding and was very caring whilst my mum was attending there pharmacy
Would highly recommend for anything medical or products etc.

Definitely don't recommend this pharmacy, they have an app called medadvisor that none of the staff or pharmacists seem to know how to use. Pharmacists come and go. Staff don't inform you before putting through scripts they don't have a generic brand nor ask at the start. Poor customer service

+ Prescription takes way less time then chemist warehouse. Very quick service. You can even ask them to price match.
- They need to increase there hours.
Permanent staff at register, less small talks as they become long talks and people are waiting in the queue.

Don't usually write reviews but new chemist Jack helped my son with his meds when no one else would give me the time of day. As a mum of a child with autism, you can really notice these things. Great prices too.
