Staff are so attentive and extremely helpful. There is a great range of products and I hardly find that things are out of stock. The sales asisstants are very knowledgeable and have often tried most of the products I'm asking about. I have been using the Medico pack services for one year now and am really happy with the prompt delivery, notice of repeat scripts needed and expansive knowledge of the pharmacy staff. I also have used the Medmate app where I had medicine delivered to my house, it arrived quickly and I desperately needed it because i was sick at 11pm at night. I also have to say that I prefer the overall shopping experience in store because it is a nice environment and not too overwhelming with crazy signage compared to other places. And it is easy to navigate the store by yourself with easy to read skin care. The staff definitely make the shopping experience easy for me!

We came last night after a late doctors appointment and arrived at 10: 08 (technically closed). The pharmacist still was inside and opened up the doors and filled the prescription, so all I can say is that they care about the broader community and therefore deserve far more than 5 stars!

I’ve been coming here since the store opened. I occasionally needed things in the Parkmore store, and was always impressed with the service there. When I got a store close to me I was absolutely stoked. I’ve had sensational service from pharmacists and the floor staff. Always willing to go the extra mile, always happy to price match, really fast service compared to bigger brands, and the products they stock on the floor, which I like, not necessarily need, are also good choice and value. I mean DB perfumes you can’t get elsewhere, other items like their creams, and body products too! My reasons for using them with really persistent chronic health issues, is that they have set me up with an app from which I can order my meds directly, which cut’s down a lot of time for me and my GP. It’s instant type messaging and works well, apart from one hiccup, which they did get to the bottom of. Order on the app, wait for them to say it’s ready, pickup, and get on with your day, after a quick catch up with the team! Bottom line, they will bend over backwards for you, even deliver FREE when you’re unwell, no questions asked, and I have needed that a few times. If you have an issue, you won’t have it for long, they’ll fix it, with patience and kindness that’s hard to find.

Great service. Great Prices. Aisles are wide and not cluttered. Staff and Pharmacist were helpful and understanding. A Nice change.

Great customer service from the entire team, and the turn around time for ordered meds is super quick too. On top of this, pharmacists actually check up on you when you forget to order routine meds, thanks for the courtesy call!

Worst run pharmacy in Melbourne. Waited 40 minutes for a vaccination appointment before having to leave (without getting the vaccination). This is not the first time this has happened here. Do not offer a vaccination service if you don’t have adequate staff to provide it properly.

1-stop shop for everything you need. Lots of different brands, prices are very competitive and staff are super friendly and always willing to help:)

Very good service and the people were very nice when I got my vaccine. Also if you haven’t book for vaccine before hand, they will book it for you.

Lovely people, we’d had a hard day with a visit to A&E with our two year old daughter who needed antibiotics. The pharmacist at Pharmacy 4 Less M-City explained that it was an antibiotic that they didn’t have on site, but as they closed in half a hour and he could see we were stressed, he offered to take payment for the antibiotic, went and picked it up from another pharmacy and delivered it to our home.
My husband and I are very grateful there are still such kindhearted people in the world and we were able to take out babies home to feed and put to bed.

We went to mcity and then saw there was a chemist which cannot be accessed from inside it us an exterior shop so not that great as it was raining but we perceived it iz a chemist some cheaper items but mostly similar to all chain chemists.

Always parks in the parent and kids parking EVERY time I go to m-city. Massive turn off from this business. Taking a spot that should be used by actual customers with kids to safely get through the carpark.
