Everytime I visit or purchase meds here, all the staff are very helpful and have exceptional customer service. From my recent visit, I'd like to commend Nada for assisting and for being patient with an immigrant like me.

I needed a document certified and the Pharmacisit was only too happy to help and at no cost. Good local chemist.

Did come today (25/08/22 AM) to seek advice about my kid's nasal spray. The pharmacist who attended to me was arrogant and busy chatting with his colleague.

I was the only customer that time so I do not know what his excuse for being rude, sarcastic and unhelpful. I felt insulted for seeking advice to this pharmacist.

If I can rate this with ZERO star, will be more than happy to do so.

A very good pharmacy where most of the staff know all the customers. Norman is the nicest pharmacist I've had he always gets my medicine ready and tells me when I need more scripts. Very friendly and kind staff, couldn't ask for anyone better. Would recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

Great pharmacy that opens early, great if you need something before you start work at 9. The staff are very friendly and the pharmacist's I have dealt with are all very helpful.

This chemist has fabulous customer service and is the best chemist I've been to.
In particular, there is a lovely young blonde girl who has always been extremely helpful, polite & kind in assisting me when ever I have been in the shop. Nothing has ever been a problem, and she is able to answer, or obtain answers for any query I have had so far.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this pharmacy. I have been going for years and I have never been served with such disrespect as I was on Tuesday. I went in on Tuesday night and asked one of the girls for help finding a product and she was completely and utterly rude. Like I said, my experience at this pharmacy is usually excellent but this incident made me extremely mad. I come in for good service, not to be yelled at and be treated badly.

I always had a good experience at this pharmacy until this week.
I went to pick up medicine prescribed by my dentist on 27/08/2020. The new pharmacist gave me 3 boxes of med without any instruction and explanation. Does he expect patients to know everything as well as him? Is this even legal for him to provide drugs without any explanation at the counter?

Thank you, they all look after me great, I need to go monthly for my medication and I'm always greated by happy staff and made to feel welcome.

The pharmacists and staff are really friendly and personable. The prices are really good and love the reminder service if I have recurring scripts. Super convenient location for me and I like that they're open till late.
