We had a very worst experience with Pand G real state. We bought a house recently and we had to call multiple times for every detail but they didn't used to receive our call and give us a call back on time. They did called us for short ceremony of house being sold and to take pictures. We went there and was expecting to get SOLD sticker to paste on the board, but the real estate person mentioned he forgot to print that sticker and will edit in the pictures. But we didn't got any pictures. There was alot of communication gap. We questioned them about cleaning the house before receiving the key, they said it will be well cleaned but when we got the key the house was so dirty and full of dust. Spiders Web was all around the house. Garden light was broken and was all over the floor. Even while going to get a key in P and G real estate office in Narre warren, they said they will organise small program for us, so we were so excited and went there but when we reach there, there was no one and one receptionist gave us keys and mentioned the real estate guys are busy and can't come to organise a party. So we have to come with the keys only. We were so much disappointed with that. We really had very worst experience. We see their pictures all around here in narre warren, so just be careful and please have a good communication and ask for the written response from them.
