PFEC is outstanding organisation. I would specifically like to call out; Harmeet, who helped and motivated me a lot. He understood my situation very well and guided me properly. He answered my calls every single time. If not, call back was within an hour time, unlike other agents. I have been a client of PFEC for a long time and lodged my student visas, TR visa and PR visa through them recently. The staff are proficient and friendly. Above all, their short but effective NAATI workshop helped me to get the professional translator certificate to claim extra 5 points.
