OMG, WHO NEEDS TO USE THERE PHONE TO ADD 5×6, ASKED FOR 50 OF FISH! 70LATER TOOK HER 2 LONG SO I JUST PAID NEVER AGAIN!

I have been coming here for years. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them including offering to carry goods to your car. Their rewards program is brilliant and saves me dollars as I purchase nothing, but the best for my furbabies. I have recommended many to Petstock Lilydale and they too are very happy with service and product availability.

Been coming here all my life since I was a kid and today I had a really bad experience that has turned me off this shop. I was having a private conversation joking around and a worker rudely interrupted me, and threatened to tell all the staff not to sell us fish when we made a comment about one, she was extremely rude in how she approached me she could’ve approached in a civil matter and we wouldn’t be here writing this. I work at another pet store myself and I’m appalled with her behaviour and how she spoke to us. I will now be driving the extra 20mins to another petstore

This vet is useless “Dr Lucy”. Didn’t even ask any signs and symptoms, charge the money before the consultation, all she does is to tell me find a local vet straight away, what’s the point of this online service if they just going to tell to find local vet? We have to use this service because our regular Vet’s closed. Don’t waste your money and time. If it’s urgent find the legit one. I would give zero star if I can.

L Was recommended to take my fussy little chiuwawah for a nail cut here.they did a great job and when l got back to pick him up he was cuddled up to a staff member. So happy with the service

Lovely staff. Unfortunately the time of my visit their EFTPOS system was down so I had to order online and pay and pickup but the girls were very helpful to everyone stuck during the downtime

Saw the vet with my highly anxious dog. Kathy was very caring. Hopefully the treatment will be successful.

Visited the vet department. Vet stuff where understanding and very caring. Will return for all my vet needs in the future.

I was Recommended this vet clinic after being run around by many other vets in the area. I had a very sick cat with an incurable disease who’s quality of life was terrible. This vet really took the time to talk me through the options and were fantastic when the final decision to euthanise was made. Tracey on the front desk was lovely and the Vet Kathy really did her best to put me and my cat at ease all the way through this tough time.
I would not recommend any other vet in the eastern suburbs apart from this clinic. They are wonderful.

Unfortunately every time I have visited this store staff have been quiet rude. Staff are unwilling to serve me, will not greet me or have any basic manners. I have gone into this store several times and purchased items but unfortunately all visits have been the same. Hopefully this could improve as the store has a good range of products. Thanks.

Super friendly staff, wide selection of everything you would need for any normal pet (not mongoose or Galapagos Tortoise but cats, dogs, birds etc they got it!) Vet there looked after my dog so well and everyone is so helpful and happy to help its awesome.

This place has great staff that are super helpful with plenty of things to keep any pet happy and healthy.

I recently moved to monbulk, which meant I had to find a new pet shop. I am so glad I went to petstock in Lilydale. I was greeted by the friendliest and knowledgeable staff member named Tammy R. She advised me on what I needed to do with my fish as the water was very contaminated. I cannot believe her dedication and how she looked after us for days to get the tank back to being 100%. Thanks so much for all your help Tammy. You are one in a million.

Staff were helpful, store is good - only took one star off because it's a smaller store and they don't have lots of stock here. But the staff and store is lovely.

Amazing staff, lots of products to choose from and best of all you can shop with your four legged family.

Sold me their nerf tennis balls as “their strongest ball”. Each one has only lasted 1 visit to the dog park. 4 days, 4 balls in the bin. Dog is just a kelpie too. I’ve literally found old weathered tennis balls at the park that have lasted longer. Either the staff member didn’t have any product knowledge, or they’re happy moving garbage stock.

It got most of the stuff you need for a wide verity of pets. Has a vet and grooming facilities as well. Can be little bit pricy in with some items. Tend to fairly well stocked in most thing as well despite all the covid disruption

Took my dog to the vet here and she was very thorough in the examination of not only his eye (which is why we went) but also his shoulder and spine from an injury the previous week which he was treated for at a different vet clinic. Extremely knowledgeable vet and lovely staff. Would highly recommend. Added bonus my dog was cleared to participate in his dog sport and he did brilliantly

We were at Petstock for adoption drive (Forever friends animal rescue) and the staff was so helpful and friendly, plus they have a variety of options for all kinds of furbubs. Definitely recommend!
