Lovely to speak to a lady on Saturday about the clicker training device - can tell the staff really care about the customers and their pets!

If you live locally, Petstock is the one-stop shop for your pet needs! They have such wonderful, helpful staff that provide amazing service and pet advice. Their dog grooming is exceptional. Sam in particular is such a friendly and hard worker who went above and beyond to make my pet shopping experience a great one, giving me personalised recommendations for my pet needs. Give that man a promotion!

Had my Lagotto puppy groomed today and was really stoked with the results! First time for my puppy to be groomed and he looked exactly as I had requested. Thanks Raf, Sam and the team. Really great service.

Visited today to wash my dog and the girls were Soo helpful. They couldn’t do enough we actually enjoyed the experience and Ivan my dog got lots of treats and attention we will be back. Few weeks ago we bought a lead and collar for our sons dog and Emma was very helpful in choosing for us!

Absolutely disgusted by the way I was publicly humiliated by the store manager because of an error they made in overcharging me close to $200. Anytime I tried to explain I needed the money back today because of bills she continued to blatantly interrupted me telling me to calm down and to say "please" or nothing was gonna happen.judging by other reviews here it seems like a common complaint with this store manager.   By the way, im still waiting on my refund that she kept interrupting me to tell me it was instant. Its not.

Great team here, very friendly and informative people. Good range and quality of products. The self-serve dog wash is top quality - warm water, auto shampoo and conditioner and a blow dryer.

Great shop with great range. I do find the prices a bit higher compared to some other pet shops but always reliable. Great treat section too for doggos

Very unpleasant female manager greeted me, shouting at me not to park there when I tried to park in the customer car park off very busy Burwood Road. She was unloading pallets from a truck parked in street parking outside, not a loading zone. She was obviously stressed, and I’m sorry for that.
I was stuck as another car was reversing out, blocking me in.
I will never return there and the items I bought were much cheaper at IGA.

Good range of products, super helpful staff. I would give the staffs here 6 stars if it was available. My go to place for my fishtank at home.

Tia was a HUGE help today. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly while she helped me get organised for the arrival of my new puppy. Really appreciated her patience, as I asked a million questions! PETstock also had great variety of products.

Awesome team at PetStock Hawthorn. Special shout out goes to Dave, who went above and beyond for me today with troubleshooting an aquarium filter bought from another store. All with a smile on his face. Could not be happier with the service and can’t wait to go back for all my pets needs!

Have been coming here for a few years, but note recently the service has dropped dramatically. Beware the outrageously officious millennial ginger who could not be more rude if he tried.

Whoever the ignorant lady serving on a Saturday afternoon was, you have no idea what the stage 4 restrictions rules actually state. She claimed to my GF that two people from the same household couldn't leave the house at the same time for exercise (they can for one hour) which is exactly what we were doing. No issue with not being in the store at the same time together but don't be up yourself about it and learn the restriction rules before being rude to your customers. Won't bother going back there.
