Good place to buy some pet food. Doesn’t really smell. Cats for adoption. First time we went there was pee on the ground in front of the entrance, which was a bad experience.

Thank you Ashleigh for putting together the dog stroller for my 90yo Dad's birthday present. His near 19yo Westie is going to love it.

Good selection of food, treats and everything else pet related. Ash the Manager is super helpful and always remembers your name.

Used the doggy wash for the first time. Was so great! Washing Shelby will now be a monthly treat for her. The price was very reasonable too.

The ladies at Petstock Brighton were super helpful and patient with me in exchanging some cat food. My cat has many allergies to foods and it's been a trial of what works and what doesn't for over 3 years. I've finally found Trilogy Wet Food and Black Hawk Duck dry food are a great combination and don't cause any skin irritations for my little guy. The team at Petstock Brighton has been super understanding of the situation and have gone beyond in helping me with all of this.

Great daycare service, the staff are always friendly and seem to really bond with the dogs. My dog loves coming to daycare and always returns home happy and knackered.
The store has a wide variety of products and staff are always happy to price match.
You can tell the staff and the dogs love coming here, always a positive environment.

Sometimes seems to be struggling with stock level.of aquarium items which is a nuisance for a chain store.

Look it's got everything you would need for you pet dog or puppy but very costly. Needed to ask for help and didn't find them very helpful at all.

I must of went on a off day every time I've been there since the staff member have been very helpful and there to assist you. Helping with advice on the new addition to the familya boxer puppy. The doggy daycare looks like it's a good place to leave your pet the staff looks like they honestly care and have a great connection with the regulars dog that come. There Doggy wash is set up well why go to all that trouble get your pet in to a bath at home when you can come here with a DIY washing bay.

Lovely staff and fantastic selection for my fussy german shepherd. Lots of parking and easy to find

All of the staff here are so lovely, welcoming and really know their stuff. We signed up to doggy daycare this week and the girl who helped us out (I didn't catch her name) talked us though the whole process including the dogs daily routine and made us feel super comfortable leaving our whippet with them for the day. He seemed to have a great time and has been passed out on the couch ever since we got home I always have a great experience in store and I just wanted to say thank you!

Usually very (very) good but had a booking lost for grooming (I think it was lost anyway). The staff say they do not remember making it and I know they called me a few times as I was also on a wait list. That said I am going to downgrade my rating.

It's alright, some staff are nice, some staff are quite rude, I understand live pets like fish and worrying about there safety but what she said was out of line, pretty much you'll kill your fish and made a comment about seeing me when they die. They haven't died except for one, the sickest looking fish which she grabbed out, he was off colour to begin with the poor thing, he did pass but I have another form another pet shop and his quite happy and lively!

Becareful about purchasing live fish from any petstock but they have a good basic range of food, heaters etc. Nice fish tanks but are pricey.

Overall I have had good experiences but just one lady there was quite rude.

The staff here are very friendly and take their time with you when trying to find the best needs for your beloved pet.

Katie the groomer was beyond accommodating at the end of her very long day and Emily who was behind the counter could not have been more helpful or caring. They are to be commended!
I won’t be going anywhere else from now on for my pet supplies and grooming requirements.

Some stocks were a low. Limited support / service staff on weekends to assist with information and purchase. Slow at check out.

Always a good experience here and the Manager is great and all the staff will try get you good deals!

Very pleasant staff (David and Abby) and great service, I even got what I ordered ahead of time. David mentioned that they would pre-order (which they did) and made my life even easier
