Younger sales assistants don't know much about the products or if they sell them in that store or not.
Otherwise good product selection & prices, good customer service and employees are always smiling

Easy parking, huge range, very helpful staff will put items into your boot (usually getting chicken food). Have a loyalty program. Can get in and out quickly.

Washed my dog here and had an awesome experience.
The water was really warm, the shampoo plentiful and the service from Nick really topped it off.

This is definitely where we will be washing our dogs from now on!

Don't bother washing your dog here, expensive and not super clean. We left smelling like other dogs and with other dog hair.

Also impossible to dry a long haired dog with this machine.

However they have a good selection of products. Mostly low to mid range qaulity

All other products cheaper else where

The service amazing, the young girl was quick to greet me after I entered the store then she allowed me the time to walk around, which at some point she would have noticed me looking rather confused, which I was and I asked my question and she promptly had me all stocked up on all the great goodies for my fur babies and off I went, happy as always with the service I receive at pwetstovk in am the locations I've been too thus far. Thankyou again guys!
