Hard to get in contact with, and when you finally do, they aren’t helpful and are quite rude, Iam now boycotting Petstock and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Customer service at the head office was like speaking to a child who couldn’t get the toy they wanted and chucking a tanty. Honestly don’t lie and you will get a lot further in life.

Had to return an item as our dog had passed away. Head office was great and arranged for me to return the un-used item, even though it was out of the returns policy period time frame. Mel was compassionate and professional. Thank you

I paid Golden Retreiver Rescue Vic $300 in a charity auction last year for a prize “donated” by PETstock, apparently $700 worth of their in-house brand pet food (probably very poor quality anyway, let’s be honest). After four contacts to them I have received nothing.

PETstock, you have taken advantage of the kindness of dog rescue groups - this is unforgivable. I will be telling this story far and wide.
