Sometimes I have trouble with getting cocketeil seed very rarely is wangaratta pets domain have stock of cocketeil seed

Someone isn’t checking the fish’ water. They are all dying from chemical imbalance, the poor goldfish are being burnt alive because of the chemicals. The orandas, its so upsetting to see them dying slowly like that.

Whats worse is that you leave the dead fish in there! Do something about the water, its not hard to clean the filter and add things like conditioners.

Great customer service. Staff were very friendly. I stuffed them around a bit with a click and collect and the two girls were really great about fixing it.

Picked up a puppy in Wangaratta and needed help getting setup. Leslie was super knowledgeable and her honest advice was very comforting and helpful. Highly recommend!

Have had generally good experiences in this store but there is a male staff member that works here who is extremely rude. I didn't get his name but he was bald with a shocking attitude on his shoulders. I won't be returning again. I'll go back to filling my orders online through Jumbo Pets. No one appreciates being spoken down to when they are giving you their money

They really care for their budgies, they look after them when they are sick. Excellent shop, helpful staff always willing to help.

I Couldn’t Recommend Ruby enough at pet domain. I can’t you enough for all your care and advice for my cheeky Charlie. Not only are you very good at what you do but you have such a sweet caring heart and always calm me Down when I’m worried about something (that is usually nothing) about my
Dog.
When I say to my Charlie let’s go say ruby he runs around the house like crazy and does a massive large howl of excitement. Makes my day!
Ruby will only give you honest advice and she won’t sell something just for the sake of it which is so rare, which is why I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks so much Ruby. Your never allowed to leave.

DO NOT even bother buying fish here! Every single fish we have bought from here has died! Not a coincidence I think. They have no idea what they’re doing, the tanks are always at a high temperature and often have dead fish in the tanks (not sure why you wouldn’t remove them).
My poor son (9) wanted to spend some of his birthday money and has always wanted a pleco (one of the more expensive fish) he was a little hesitant to spent that much money, ($40 is a lot of money to a 9 year old), that’s how bad he wanted one. A few days later the poor fish is floating on the top of the tank! These are pretty hard fish to kill mind you.
Previous we’ve bought three other fish from here and they all died! I’m definitely never buying fish from here again! And I warn any one reading this not too, unless you want to push your luck and waste your money! Pretty heart breaking to a child when they constantly die!

Could not get any assistance the whole time in the store, drove 45km to get a fish. Didnt have all day so bought nothing
