Horrible service, rude staff member this morning (Na****a). Seriously, if you don’t want to be a tad pleasant, stay home

Convenient location. Good membership prices. Expensive if you're not a member. All too often random product prices are missing. All except one of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Rabbits kept in absolutely terrible conditions here.should be reported.clearly do not have have animals best needs in their interest.

Was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. 5 staff packing selves, I approached one who rolled her eyes when I interrupted her. She then went on to serve me with no conversation, eye contact or even a smile.

Pet food range very expensive. $185 for a 15kg bag for my old dog is extortion. As a pensioner it really hurts.

Went in to get a few things for the pets today.had a wonderful time looking around the shop. The two lady's on today were great help in pointing me in the right direction

Would recommend wodonga Pets Domain. Great service from all the team there amazing with there customer service when ever you need help with anything they will point you in the right direction and help you out same as all team members who ever os on shift that day

Very disappointed in the service I got the manager was very rude to me when I wanted a refund on some crickets I got and there were only like two crickets in the container. Will be taking this further not happy at all will not be shopping here again!

Don't come her if you're looking for service. I needed help but unfortunately the staff were busy in their own conversation to help the only customer in the store (1245pm on a Tuesday afternoon).
Also, the shelves were quite bare within the aquarium department with little to no stock available.

Advice could have been given prior to purchase of first item. Had to go back to purchase more when it was brought to my attention that other things were necessary. Costly for the entire lot when the first purchase could have covered it all.

Highly rate the place. Will always come back. Very helpful and happy staff. If it's an emergency they will contact their opposition for products just to help you out. Priceless service

Staff are knowledgeable and freindly allways smiling. They spoil our pup with treats and pats every time we visit

After a new dog collar for our little girl. Very poor selection. Have to look onl in ne now. I try not to but can't get what I want.

This store is good, I only shop fish stuff so this review relates to the fish stuff only. I don't mind their fish but do sometimes see illnesses as they don't quarantine fish before they put them on display. Stock is often low though, sometimes hardly any food is available at all. I understand covid has had its impact but other stores have kept more on the shelves. Its very much a chain store service and not a lfs deal. Look up info on the fish before you buy, they won't ask what tank size you have etc so you need to know what is suitable before you buy.

Great customer service! My kids were extremely happy to have fish from this shop as the shop keeper were very nice to us and explained all the information needed for the kids.

I waited for 20 mins in store not one person spoke to me I only seen 2 workers in the store and 10 ppl in store as customers and only 1 person helping customers

My partner and I have been to a few different pet shops across the border looking for fish to fill our community tank and have found Pets Domain to be the best by far! Easily the biggest range of fish around, the friendly staff go above and beyond to help you and give excellent advice on what fish will suit your tank best and how to care for them. We just wanted to give particular thanks to Kaylene for her help last week, she spent a good 20 mins with us discussing which fish types would get along the best, how to get our new 200L tank ready for new fish and was more concerned with helping us set up the best environment for our fish over simply making a sale. This store also has a great range of plants for your tank, other ornaments, water treatments and anything else you could possibly need. We can't wait to go back in store tomorrow to get our tank water tested (FREE) and pick our new fish!

Decent pet shop. They have a fairly good selection of dog treats and toys. I went leading into Christmas looking for a leash and they have less selection than I had hoped (many items appeared to have sold out)

By far the worst place in Albury wodonga to buy fish!
The staff are horrible, Drew particularly is rude and obnoxious
Pet stock and border aquarium have a better range of fish and the staff are very helpful and accommodating.
