Had the worst customer service experience last week. They had a cockatoo which was talking, was standing looking at the fish and it screamed quit loud which startled and frightened my toddler who screamed in fright (not that loud) we had a giggle and went to walk away when the lady with blonde hair with colour in it I believe. Starts removing the cage and looking at us in disgust saying no no you cannot scream at it you can’t do that. I responded with sorry it screamed and scared my 3 year old. She then went on and argued. 5 mins later we simply said you didn’t have to be so rude before and she then kept going on about how we were screaming at it and laughing at it it’s her colleague she said (about the bird) because we mentioned if you don’t want people around it don’t have it out. The bird was talking and dancing. My daughter was calling it a kookaburra that’s why we had a giggle but we were not doing anything wrong at all and were treated so poorly.

Disgusting customer service.

Shop is always very clean plus being pet friendly so people come in with their dogs etc who get free water plus a treat while the owners are browsing the store and talking with staff.

Good basic stock for pet needs and wonderful older lady serviving was a great help and nice to chat with

Lovely young girl who's 1st day it was served me on the floor and had good conversation and knowledge and listening skills. Saturday 6/8/22.

I was looking for dried meal worms, I read that you can feed them to venous fly traps.spoke to the store person who said I could give them real meal worms or live cricket's which they have plenty in store. Found out my vft don't like dried food, they prefer wriggling live food. I have 3 vft I named them Turgut, Bamsi, and Dogun. They need repotting soon before they go into hibernation for the winter.

We were looking for some water plants for our fish pond. The store had some boarder leaf plants which was great.

Not much stock in the store. Wonder if its the covid epistemic thats has affected the store. Customer service is good though. Maybe its a store that needs a bit more support. It maybe struggling.

Went to buy a new collar for our dog. Very poor range. However, were very entertained by resident birds.

Very dissappointing, I had given a family member cash to buy some food for my animals, For him to be told at the counter, sorry dont except cash! Cash is not illegal and still is a legal tender. More people die annually from the flu and never have we ever been told we can not pay by cash!

Such helpful and friendly staff. Our dogs love their coats. Thank you for allowing us to bring them in to try on new coats
