Petraveller - Pet Transport

We moved from Australia to Brazil with our 8month old puppy, and Petraveller were essential for our successful transition.

We were very worried about our dog traveling cargo, and we reached about 4 companies and Cindy from Petraveller was the only one who called and assured us how safe would be for our furbaby.

Cindy helped us with all the steps, Kosci arrived safely in Brazil, even with all the procedures being very long lasting about 5 hours, Petraveller answered our calls and helped us until kosci get to us.

AMAZING service. Pet Traveller brought Nalah from Australia to Brazil. It wouldn't be possible without Pet Traveller's team support. I've received photos and videos from Nalah. There was a problem in the cargo area of one of Nalah's flight, and Pet Traveller look after everything. Moving Nalah to the next flight, and contacting partners in Brazil to ensure tthat I will be able to pick up Nalah in the same day she arrived. I can't thank you enough Pet Traveller for the treatment with Nalah, and how the handle everything. Highly recommend their service.

I spent a lot of time comparing transport companies in regards to what their quotes actually covered as well as the price. Petraveller (PT) was the best value for money and covered pretty much every cost (the only exclusions were the actual cost of the vet visits - however all the tests associated were included in the price - and the cost of the customs broker in NZ).
The crate was probably too big but they still came in at the best price and my dog had loads of room while she flew. PT picked her up from her home in Adelaide and flew her to Melbourne where she spent two nights before she flew out. The next day I met their agent in Auckland once all the paperwork and customs procedures had been dealt with.
They maintained contact with myself and my friend from the moment I said go, made sure she went to her vet appointments at the right time, reported the test results back to me right away and kept us up to date every step of the way. Once they had her in their possession they sent a few photos each day and a video or two as well.
Pick up was completely hassle free and she arrived in perfect condition.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wanted to transport their pet as it is some of the best service I have received from any company.

After looking at a few different companies, we chose Petraveller to ship our dog from Australia to Europe. We were a bit nervous about the process because our dog is quite anxious, but Petraveller gave us very detailed information about each step of the journey. On the day they picked her up we got some nice photos and videos of her, to keep us updated on how she was doing. All of this really helped to ease our minds, and everything went off without a hitch.

My wife and I recently moved to the US, flying from Sydney to Dallas. We spoke to several pet travel companies and Petraveller stood out to us most with personable staff and reasonable prices.
During the months leading up to the move we found the staff were really friendly, diligent and helpful as we navigated through the process of taking our pup on the huge adventure. We really liked the simple process that Petraveller use and how clearly it’s explained.

Absolutely outstanding service. The relocation of a pet internationally is a big decision & we conducted a lot of research. Time and time again Petraveller was recommended, including from our vet. From our initial enquiry to delivery in Atlanta, US, the communication was professional, timely & considerate. All of our questions were answered and the team were available 24/7 for questions and during the relocation. Picking up a dog from an international cargo terminal could be considered stressful, yet in our experience, was easy as Petraveller had done all the work, all was left was to pick up our happy dog. I used Petraveller to get my fur baby Martha (cat) over from Sydney to Auckland. I had a very short time frame and they got they ball rolling asap for us and managed to get Martha on a flight that fitted with my travels.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Katrina, Sam and the Petraveller team. We flew our 12 year old Border terrier back to the UK from Australia and obviously had concerns transporting an older dog. Any questions we had were answered promptly and we were given a lot of information throughout the whole process and were reassured constanty along the way. Digger arrived safe and sound ready to chase rabbits again. We used Petraveller to transport our Pomeranian x Fox Terrier Kobi to England. We both have ADHD and despite changing plans a thousand times and being incredibly disorganised, Petraveller helped us every step of the way. I was so nervous about the long flight but knowing that these professionals had organised everything made me feel so much better. I cannot recommend them enough!

We migrated from Melbourne to Wellington this year and trusted in Petraveller to transport our two Labradors, Oscar and Denzel. While we may have experienced anxiety and nervousness about their overseas travel, the brilliant team at Petraveller made the whole experience smooth, seamless and satisfying.

Even our vet was impressed with the paperwork provided to us by Petraveller to comply with the pre-travel requirements for their injections and blood samples.

One strong recommendation I'll make is to introduce and acclimatise your pets to the travelling crates provided as early as you can. I removed both dogs beds and left them to venture inside the crates and sleep on their own accord, several weeks in advance of their travel date.

From when they were collected to their arrival in Wellington, the constant updates, photos and videos from the Petraveller team kept us assured they were safe, in good health and any travel delays.

I can't praise them enough for the care they showed to our fur-babies and would highly recommend Petraveller to anyone who's looking for pet transport.

Highly recommend! Lenny and the team at Petraveller went above and beyond to get our two precious cats transported from Perth to Christchurch. There were a couple of hurdles along the way (thanks to a global pandemic) but the team at Petraveller reassured us they would get our four legged friends home no matter what it took.
