Excellent service through and through.
Not only do they provide dynamic, engaging and age appropritate learning program (also for the younger age groups), but also the strong bond and attachment my child has built with the educators across the centre is amazing to witness.

Management team is outstanding at coordinating the day to day operations, and are always prompt in their communication with families. The countless events are well thought through ans well organised.

Centre is well staffed, well resourced, and provides appetising and nutritious meals.

We are at ease sending out child to the centre knowing how happy they are which we can see through the daily updates.

We and our boys love this center. Staff are friendly and supportive at their best and always provide their best care to our children. Our children enjoy their time in this place so much. Highly recommend

Petit Forest Hill is such a great centre with a caring and professional team, from the manager to the educators and the lovely chef. My daughter has loved her time here and has thrived under their guidance and support. The centre has a variety of activities and great engagement with the little ones and parents too. Thank you all for always having such a flexible approach and taking on board what works best for my daughter. Thank you for always having a kind smile on your faces when greeting us morning and night. My daughter will miss you all!

Fantastic centre to work at. Not only are the company supportive and hold strong values, the Forest Hill centre goes above and beyond to ensure each child has a positive learning journey. The Director Belinda and 2IC Rebecca are extremely welcoming and supportive and have strong communication with the families. The centre have large budgets to be able to update resources to each child’s individual interests, they also run weekly sessions such as sport, yoga, music and science classes and take part in multiple incursions and excursions throughout the year. The centre is very spacious and have 2 large outdoor areas for children as well their centre pets such as chicken, rabbit, turtle and many fish.

My boy arrived Melbourn from China when he was 4 and I put a lot of effort to look for a good long day care center for the little new comer. It turned out that my choice was absolutely right. Firstly the center is a franchise one which guarantees the formal and professional operation which are essential to the kids, e.g, sufficient educator resource, good food, attended administration, etc. Secondly, many lovely and responsible educators taking good care of your child. Thank you Betty for your love and kindness. Thank you Belinda for your leadership. Thank you Queenie, Kristen, Venessa and all the other educators for your love to my son. Although it was just one month journey, I am sure it would be a wonderful memory for him and our family.

After reading some of the positive online reviews and the fabulous pictures of the centre on the website, we were looking forward to checking out this place.
We had our tour and from the second we walked in, my husband and I were instantly put off.

Firstly, a smile goes a long way. The centre manager was so cold, greeted us with such bluntness which made us feel really uneasy. I was holding our 10 month old son who is a very curious little boy and wanted to touch the iPad at reception. She abruptly took the iPad and put it away. Major red flags.

I was also disappointed to find that the rooms weren’t as vibrant as they look in photos.

Unfortunately, our encounter today has put us off completely from even considering this place to care for our little boy. Like I said, a smile goes a long way.

This centre is by far one of the best centres I have come across. I love having my godsons at the service. I feel so connected through picking them up and meeting all the educators and also through Storypark. Their in-depth program is based off the children’s interest and needs and they truly have the children’s best interest at heart. The manager and staff create a strong sense of community and belonging to ensure that all families feel welcome. I bet all their staff also feel like this is their family also! I love coming into the service to see everyone’s friendly faces!

All the educators at Burrows Lane are super caring and friendly! My son has a fantastic time and has learned many skills and manners, and loves all the other children.

Highly recommended for all parents and children. Cannot describe my thanks by words for all the educators and managers. My boy settled very quickly and love this ELC and the educators. Friendly, warmly and carefully. If there are Six stars, I will rate 6/5 or more. Thanks everyone who take care my boy. Belinda, Zuz, Gaby, Emma, Amber, Melanie, Lynne and everyone. Appreciate that.

We are very glad that we choose Petit Forest hill for our 4 year old daughter's care. The moment I entred the centre, I got a very nice and positive vibe and i was sure that my daughter would love being here.i want to say that all the educators are lovely.thx to Brianna, Kathy, Betty and Lucy for looking after M.

Friendly professional staff with caring and supportive attitudes to both children and families alike. This has been highlighted particularly during a very challenging time amidst the pandemic.

Before coming to Petit, I wasn’t sure what I was looking for in a daycare facility for my kids. After visited Petit Forest Hill, I realized that PFH was what I wished for me kids to be in as they are little - endless open ended play, sensory play, great outdoor play atmosphere and such a unique separated sleep arrangements for the baby’s room. All in all, the environment and the friendly warm educators at Petit Forest Hill has never let our family down. Thank you muchly for all the wonderful memories.

I have been sending my child here for the past two months. As a first time dad, Petit was highly recommended as the centre to send my child too. The management staff are very friendly and approachable. Any questions I have are answered or inquired about. We are always greeted by our names when we arrive and when it's time to go home.

The staff create new and exciting activities for the children and are devoted to the development of those children who attend. My child has had great fun interacting with his educators and all the other children in his room over the last two months. I would highly recommend to anyone to send their child here. Would be happy to send any future children to the centre without any hesitations.

I have been sending our children to Petit in Forest Hill since the centre first opened in 2016. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Petit offers great weekly programs such as yoga and music. They also offer additional services such as visits from the local dentist and flu vaccinations. The new playgrounds are very impressive, as is the early learning program. My children also love the resident turtle, bunny and the chickens. I would highly recommend Petit Forest Hill.

I believe that Petit Early Learning Centre Forest Hill is one of the best in it's class. The care, extra curricular activities, dedication and love towards all the children is absolutely amazing. Petit Early learning Centre forest hill is good for kids, highly organised, good variety of toys, good location, very supportive staff, caring, care about kids and family. Staff in each room is great. Had huge staff turnover initially and heard due to centre manager. I agree with past reviews about the centre but the centre manager really needs to move out. Not at all approachable, no greeting depends if in a good mood, she doesn’t care about parents feelings, have seen her raising her tone and some parents in tears too. I hope this gets reported to the centre of Petit.few families have moved their kids due to her.great staff and good location and organised.

The resources available at Petit are fantastic, so much for the children to choose from and a great outdoor area.
My daughter always comes home with her own works of art to hang on the wall and shares her days adventures with us, she loves the centre pets - Tiny Tim the Turtle, the chickens and the Bunny.
Having 2 children at the centre was made a lot easier knowing that our eldest daughter is still able to see her younger brother during the day as they play outside together.

This is my second time writing a review for Petit at Forest Hill. I have searched for different places. They can all offer good facilities, cleanness, modern designs, well thought system but if I had to choose, BEST EDUCATORS & PROGRAM, no one can beat Petit Forest Hill. It is amazing how much your child learn content knowledge from them and also great manners and building up characters. It is not about how parents feel, it is about your children’s learning and how much they put in effort for each student here. It is amazing and they deserve much more recognition for that. Love Petit!
