We are so happy with Petit Learning for our child (M 3.5 y//o). Our little one was incredibly shy and reserved and we were terrified of how he would take to kindy. The staff at PEL were just so wonderful with him and really gave him the time and space (and made him feel so comfortable) that within a few weeks out little one now loves going there and is doing well:) It is also a great facility from an activity and learning environment perspective. The teachers are all exceptional, caring, kind. Their app is great to help manage schedules and provide information. Their play areas are fun and there is always a lot of activity. Logistically, it is really well located and easy to drive into their carpark, do drop off and then easily drive out without getting stuck in traffic. Really happy with PEL.

The Petit team at Clifton Hill have been fantastic! They’ve worked really hard to create a safe and fun environment for our kids after we moved from interstate. The educators are really engaged, creating new programs and initiatives and promoting a supportive learning space.

We’ve been very pleased with the service at Petit ELJ. Our 3 year old boy has been attending here for two years & our 11 month old just started. The educators are lovely, the children are cared for, are engaged in learning & the environment in the rooms is supportive. The indoor and outdoor play areas are also great.

I couldn’t recommend this centre highly enough. It’s amazing.
The team are so committed - my children have been cared for as well as we could have ever dreamed.
The food and facilities are amazing.
The kids have learnt so much and become so confident and social.
We couldn’t be happier!

Level of care has significantly declined over the past 6 months. My 3 year old fractured his arm (with displacement) whilst in their care after a fall. There was no incident report, no phone call to either parent and no duty of care provided. When my wife attended the site at 5pm to pick up my son, he was in obvious distress and the educators response was that he threw a tantrum and was crying so much he need to be separated from the other children as he was upsetting them. My son is verbal, and when my wife asked him what was wrong he replied that he had a fall and hurt his arm. He was clearly not using his arm and was in pain. We have subsequently removed my son from their care.

I have had my three children attend petit clifton hill and I have been impressed with the care and enthusiasm of the educators. The new leadership is very professional and I have noticed real focus on the development of staff and organisation of the center. I highly recommend this center as a caring, well run and supportive learning environment.

It’s a wonderful centre, the staff is friendly and polite. The top management keeps changing all the time, but surprisingly it does not affect to much the centre. It has a easy access parking and a lovely rooftop garden. My little one loves there.

As an educator of more then two years, I can honestly say Petit Early Learning Journey Clifton Hill provides some of the best learning environments for the children. We provide extra curriculum activities such as sport and music for our children and families, as well as fantastic excursions to the local schools, parks and library’s. Although we have had many changes within our service, our high level of care to the children as not changed.

Petit Clifton Hill was a wonderful service for me to complete my placement. The leadership team has developed and maintained an organisational culture that was positive and inclusive. The educators worked closely with the families and children, children's interests of learning were always the first priority. The design of the curriculum was heavily regarded to approved educational frameworks and teaching theories, such as the EYLF and Vygotsky's social learning concept. The Kindergarden teacher's demonstrated high quality practices by linking the centre's philosophy and curriculum goals in their teaching and daily interactions with the children. The educators paid a lot of attention in valuing children and families' feedback to promote a strong connection between everyone as a big family. The experience at Petit was sensational and has significantly influenced my confidence in continuing this teaching career.

Have been with Petit Clifton Hill for a good period. Staff have been very good with our boys. Appreciate the extra attention detail ie. Decent Hats and Suncream for outdoor play, accommodating the individuals needs, bags are ready when leaving, all details are well maintained of there daily activities. Communications have been made well when necessary. Rooms are generally presented well. Overall I'd recommend.

We have been with Clifton hill petit since it opened, it started off great but has fallen apart with the current management. They have no loyalty to the families who have been there since the start.we took our son out last week and were told we were the 4th family from his age group that were not coming back next year
The educators are wonderful however management do not care about the children, parents or even their staff, its appalling.my son comes home hungry every day he is there, the air conditioners broke and no replacements were bought in quick enough leaving the educators and children to suffer in horrendous heat.i dont recommend Clifton Hill Petiti to anyone.infact Petit as a whole in Melbourne is questionable as the area manager and HO failed to return my calls.
