The day before my younger son got married, my older son became ill & could not attend. Just before 5 pm I rang Ungers & asked them if they could provide a celebratory meal the next day for my older sons family to enjoy as he watched the wedding via video stream. By lunchtime the next day, they had delivered a sensational feast which they enjoyed for several days. Not the first time they have come to the rescue in an emergency.

This is the worst business I have seen in my life! They are completely disrespectful with the staffs. What a disorganised, archaic and unbalanced management! Often yelling at the staffs and not having any idea about what is human rights, they believe that people are their slaves and they have to yell to be respected because they don’t have any idea about what is running a business and working with people.it’s so true that they “occasionally” lost my timesheet and it took 3 months to get payed, whenever I was trying to call or even go there to solve this problem Peter was being rude, trying to humiliate me and acting like that was my mistake, trying to get advantage because I was new to Australia and not planning to pay me at all. I Just got my wage when I reported to fairwork 3 MONTHS later! I wouldn’t support this kind of business it’s almost slavery and they are racist and dodgy!

My husband and is in hosptal in Melbourne. Thought he would like kosher meals. Last night soup was chicken and noodle. It may have been supplied weeks ago and kept in cold storage in the kitchen. Was warmed up but still teppid, tasteless chicken broth and noodles had turned to stodge. It was like eating a thick porridge Meal was so bad he has reverted to hospital menu still not great food but better than what was served very disappointed.
