Went in store today based off a recommendation from a couple of mums in the area. My husband and I were extremely impressed by the service and quality of the shoes! The staff were extremely friendly and great with kids! We definitely will be returning in the future. Thanks so much again guys!

A very friendly and professional service. I trust that the lady serving us would not push a sale on us, was recognising a good or bad fitting straight away, and was explaining every reason of the good or bad fit. A totally trustworthy business.

They are amazing people, fabulous service always willing to help, they specialise in fitting children's shoe's and have been around for 48 years, l have taken my children and now my grandchildren, Highly Recommend

I went into this store today and tried on some boots for my daughter I was told that this was the only colour they had in her size upon checking online they had others colours. The staff member was not helpful at all and very rude told me my daughter was a size 10 shoe and then brought out a size 29euro and that's is a size 12.not sure if this was due to the fact that I said she won't wear that colour and it's not practical for winter light pink.the last few times I have been into the store my daughter hasn't likshoese the colour or pattern on the shoes and is very picky so I have had to go elsewhere to purchase so she would wear them and for them to not sit in a box. When I spoke to them on the phone they advised that due to me not purchasing from them and just been in for sizing they were not helpful and rude. I have in fact purchased from them multiple times when they have the styles we want.just not enough for them to be helpful and polite

I could not write highly enough of the wonderful assistance I received from Kylie and Michelle when I was fitted for adult women’s asics. There were welcoming, friendly and highly professional, carefully measuring my feet and assessing any issues which may affect choice of shoe. They demonstrated an excellent knowledge of their range of shoes and the qualities of each. They were very patient and took the time to ensure that my choice reflected the advice of the health professional who had recommended the shoes plus maximum comfort and support for me. I was confident in their professionalism and enjoyed their friendly approach. Thank you to both.

I came here as a kid and now bring my almost 3 year old here for all her shoes. I prefer for her to have a couple of pairs of good quality shoes each season that fit well. And you get both those things here, feet are measured professionally and shoes matched to their needs. Highly recommend and I feel good knowing she is wearing shoes perfect for her growing feet.

Must have an appointment to be fitted. But staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm just hoping my daughters school last there worth for the year and I get good value for the dollar.

Fabulous shop. I have shopped both in the shop and online and I was always been given pro advice. The online one was challenging (isolation 2.0) as I've always preferred going to a shop to get good fitting for tiny feet but they were so helpful over the phone and email that it made it easy. When I have finally choose the pair of shoes I wanted I got the free delivery on same day! Great quality and choice. Would highly recommend to everybody.

First ever proper fitting done. The staff member (Patty) was very knowledgeable and a great help finding suitable shoes for our two daughters. One have flat feet and other very narrow feet. Definetly recommended for great customer service and good quality shoes.
