What an amazing man! We urgently needed a notary public on a Sunday while visiting Melbourne and fortunately for us we found Peter. He was more than helpful, very professional and so friendly it actually was a highlight of our Melbourne visit. Peter Macmillan is one in a million! We traipsed across the city, looking for a JP to certify official documents with no luck whatsoever. Finally, the security staff at the High Court very kindly gave us Peter's details and we gave him a call.
Peter was incredible! On the very same day, we went to meet him at Brunetti in Flinder's Lane, which is where he holds an informal 'table office'. Peter certified all of the documents and was extremely personable and professional. His service during these crazy few pandemic years is a heroic act of public service. Thank you so much, Peter. Excellent block & a great professional. We were looking for a Justice of Peace on Melbourbe CBD for a few days and checked several pharmacies without much luck. And, got Peter’s contact from one pharmacy.
Even Victoria court of justice could not give us a direction to find a JP.

We were walking around in the city and going from court to court, couldn't get any witness for our paperwork. We eventually arrived in a Chemist warehouse and called Peter on a Friday afternoon at 4: 40 pm, and he said he is able to meet us at 7 pm because he needs to travel the next day.

I rang up Chemist Warehouse to get multiple documents signed, but they charged $1 per paper. When you have multiple documents, that adds up to quite the number!

Luckily, Chemist Warehouse referred me to Peter, I called him straight after and he said he could be in the CBD in a few hours to sign my docs for free!

He was very thorough and professional with certifying my documents, even making sure the font was the same. The printer I had printed my docs on couldn't print the same font that was on the pdf. He lent me his USB to try printing it from the City Library, which was successful (with a small fee).

There are very few JPs like this in the CBD that give up their time voluntarily to assist others in need and there really should be more.

Highly Recommend JP in the area. I have never met a beautiful and kind hearted Man before.honestly can say Mr. Peter is that one person who came like a stranger and in such a short time he made a space in my Heart on its own.
