Very professional service would highly recommend heading down and seeing the boys down there as they were very helpful and gave great advice and opinions!

The experience at Peter Jackson Werribee was nothing short of fantastic.

Mario and Mo's expertise in mens style was excellent, smoothly guided myself and my groomsmen with our suits.

They were also able to assist myself and my mates with alterations that were completed very quickly.

I can highly recommend seeing these guys if you need any assistance with anything regarding wedding parties.

Poor service from the guy (Olive skin male) working on the front desk yesterday couldn’t even be bothered looking up at us to say hello or offer any assistance, felt like he was annoyed that we had walked in the store to buy something. We had planned to buy a suit and shoes, after that experience we took our money to Politix a few shops down where the customer service was amazing.

This is the best shopping experience ever! Mo was knowledgeable and he remembered my husband's size! Awesome place to shop for men. I felt very welcome there. Highly recommended. Five star service received by those classic and lovely men while non of them being snobs or judgemental. Thanks guys.

Don’t waste your time at this store, you aren’t accommodated at all, no stock and they are not enthused to help unless you are looking to buy something. I was treated a lot better at the high point store.

Incredibly poor experience. Poor service, misleading and deceptive conversation. Would not recommend for anyone. The process for ordering out of stock items is a disaster. We were guaranteed that our order would arrive before a date later to be told it went to other customers that had pre-paid. There was no communication to us that this was a necessity. After the money we had already spent there, it was incredibly disappointing. Rude, arrogant staff who put the blame on us.

Do yourself a favour and go to the Highpoint store.

Bought a suit, quality was surprisingly very good, very comfortable and reasonably priced. Great customer service by Steve. Quick turnaround with alterations. I would recommend it to everyone who likes new designs and good quality men's suits & jackets.

Terrible manager.he couldn’t organise a bloody picnic.the two workers are good but Mario was shocking.honestly don’t buy a suit from here and whatever you do don’t get wedding suits from here

Initially pleasant while they dont have your money, waited over 2 weeks for vests and shirts, after numerous calls i decided to cancel my shirts, now i cant even get my money back and head office phone number doesnt work. Just go to HIGHPOINT never again!

I don’t leave reviews often but the service I had today from Michael was the best suit shopping experience I have ever experienced in my life.
He took his time to explain the different suit choices and set me up with an excellent suit that I can wear formally and casually and a nice tie to match my partners dreas.
I love that he explained the material and care and was very thorough in making sure I had a good fit.

Appreciate the time and care he took helping me select a great suit, I will go back to see him for any future suits.
