Went in today around 11 and was greeted by very friendly staff, a big shoutout to the staff wearing all black that helped us pick a tie for an event coming up! He was very helpful (my apologies I don’t remember your name) and showed us some great options! Will certainly be coming back just for his service!

Helped me purchase a nice suit. During transaction, he told me to throw in a pair of socks, free of charge.

Came home and looked at the receipt, it wasn't free. Can't tell if miscommunication, mistake or being dishonest. Other than that everything was great.

Very arrogant and cocky manager (the little bald approximately 60 year old chap). He has no sales and public relations skills whatsoever, or he is just simply wanting to ruin the store. I've been in there twice and both times was put off by his attitude and unfriendly manner. I will never ever buy anything from this particular Peter Jackson store, because I will never ever visit this store again.

Absolutely fantastic service. My husband left part of a suit he needed for a wedding on the other side of the country and we were staying 1.5 hours out of Melbourne. The staff here were extremely helpful over the phone to work out the item number of the missing part so they could check what was in stock before we headed in, remembered us and helped us immediately when we walked in, and we were on our way with a complete suit again.

We cannot recommend this store enough. Not only the quality of the suits are amazing, but we immensely appreciate the fantastic service when we really needed it. Thank you for saving our behinds!

First suit I tried on fit almost like a glove and I loved it. Just have to bring down the sleeve because I have freakishly long arms. Gentleman got my size right from eyeballing. Allan was great and professional, thanks!
