Delightful experience. We had the pleasure to meet Ian who outfitted our kids in new suits. When you hear laughter and people having fun, you know it's a good shopping experience. Good suits, good pricing and excellent service. Not many national suit retailers these days, so probably the go to now. Recommend. Look for Ian. Will get you a great suit and you will leave with a smile.

I been buying heaps of stuff at Peter Jackson for many years at Knox & Ringwood. Then a friend of mine needing a suit for his wedding and his groomsmen. So, I recommended Peter Jackson is the shop to go but because Knox branch was temporarily closed due to a renovation so I went to the Glen Waverley instead.

So I met the young sales person “Harry” with an English accent in his mid-30’s.
Good looking bloke but his customer service skills were extremely poor and the way he communicate wasn’t friendly at all. So I assumed that he probably had a bad day or some personal issue at home.

Then a few weeks later, I took my friend and his grooms squad to choose the right suit & colour and to try to get that perfect fit.
At the same time, the same sales person serving us “Harry” (with English accent in his mid-30’s) his behaviour and communication were still the same but this time he was arrogant and rude as well. I felt that we are not welcome.
Experiencing his customer service skills for the second time? … To me not even a 1x start for this guy. Obviously I will never visit this branch again!

Peter Jackson is a reputable brand and it’s sad that their employee let them down.

I don’t blame this young guy “Harry” at all. I truly hope that Peter Jackson give all their sales staff adequate training to maintain their reputation in the market.

Ian was a great help, he made my suit and shirt purchase a breeze. If your in need of any suit requirements I can highly recommend Peter Jackson Glen Waverley.

Went in on the afternoon of 5th of July looking for ties. Absolutely zero customer service whatsoever and did not bother serving us. Zero communication. Probably the rudest salesperson I’ve ever experienced by far. Management should really have a good look at the staff they hired at this store amid the dozens of horrific reviews at this store. Does not even deserve one star.

This branch staff were very disrespectful and rude, on the other hand, the Chadstone branch were very helpful.don't waste your time here!

We dealt with the young man named Harry. Very helpful, enthusiastic, and friendly. We were looking for a suit for my husband and Harry took his time and gave us his expertise. He was patient, and we felt that the customer service he provided was 10/10.

Terrible service from the manager. He was rude and claimed bringing an item of stock in from another store would take 9 days. I will avoid this branch because of the service I received.
The support from head office on the other hand was exceptional.

When looking for jackets for my husband, Chris (the young man who served us) was very helpful. He wasn't pushy with trying to sell the item but patiently gave suggestions and listened to what my husband wanted. The young man had very good fashion sense and I felt he knew just what would look good on my husband. We appreciated this young mans assistance as well as his very polite nature.
