Peter Jackson @ DFO Moorabbin is the place to go for truly smart looking suits and sports jackets at very reasonable prices. What’s more service is excellent. Bought several suits, a sports jacket and trousers over the past year and each time Felipe and Sudeep have gone out of their way to assist and give us the best possible deal. Highly recommended!

The quality for the price of the suit combos were fantastic. Felipe was a very nice and helpful sales person and would go to him again for any of my suit needs.

Steve was awesome.helped me buy a suit for a wedding.had me sized by eye and using his taste and fashion sense, kitted me up.

Service was of the highest quality, Sudeep took the time to make sure everything fit me well, couldn't have met a nicer bloke!

Steven was awesome! I wanted a suit and he knew my size just by looking at me. He made good recommendations and I walked out with a very nice suit at a reasonable price.

Bought a Jacket on 25th of November Friday for a function on Saturday the 3rd of December along with other garments, staff advised that it’s not in store we have to get from our other store interstate and I have pay $25.00 for express delivery and will be deliver by Wednesday. Which I paid the $25.00 express delivery fee on top of the price and waited for the call or text for pick up nothing happened, called back on Thursday no one pick the phone, then called back on Saturday morning called again after couple of missed calls finally same staff who sold the items picked up the phone and said it will take time as it’s coming from interstate you have to wait, i explained that you promised me that it will be ready for collection by Wednesday and now is Saturday and I have function in evening, he abruptly cut that call that I’m with customer (so if you bought stuff already you are not customer anymore). Called back again didn’t not answer, he then called back in the afternoon that he checked with post office on Saturday and it’s in Dandenong and I will get it by next week. Explained him that I needed it for today not next week and I’m in another shop to get another jacket for my function and once again advised call our head office for refund. Called head office on Monday and explained everything (7-8min) been asked to leave contact detail someone will contact me on Monday to sort it out. No contact called back again on Wednesday afternoon for refund been advising the person who do refund is not in there today and will forward my detail and he will contact me whenever he is back. I’m very disappointed on the service they provided to the loyal customers over the years I have bought countless garments from them in Brisbane and Melbourne and always refer them to my colleagues but never had a experience to return/refund or exchange, always bought and used it. Still waiting for call back after nearly a month now: (.

If you want customer service don't bother about coming to this Peter Jackson. Walked around waiting for help for 10 mins, gentleman walking around doing nothing completely ignores me then a new customer walks in and proceeds to speak to them instead. Never have I ever had this level of ignorance from any other Peter Jackson store. Sale lost. I'll go somewhere else.

Was served by Trevor and it was first class. He took interest, made great recommendations and I left with a great fitting suit and tie. “Good old fashioned service” and a great asset to your business

Kosta, is always a pleasure to deal with. He is friendly, helpful and his knowledge is amazing. Would highly recommend asking for him when you visit this store. He is an asset to the business!

The store keeper or owner was a bit pushy.felt he was sort of impatient waiting for us to make decisons.not necessary.its not a good sales skill if you r thinking so. I almost walked out.

Pls let the customers take their time to select and decide.

Bad experience! I used to buy shirts and jackets from this shop every year. Last time when I was there I forgot my cap in fitting room and was already near the exit of the shop when bald sales guy throwed my cap to me from the other end of the shop and it landed on the floor. Very unprofessional d#ckhead.

Had great service by Joe when I went to get a suit on Tuesday.spent the time getting me a great fitting suit shirt and belt at the budget I had.was a bit of a misunderstanding on when the alterations would be back but when I came in to pick up my suit pants and they weren't there yet. I was stressing as I was off for a wedding the next day. David was working and saw me stressing and he went above and beyond to help me out! Very much appreciative of the great customer service and will definitely be back when I need another suit! Highly recommended them!

My partner and I walked past the DFO Moorabin store this afternoon and decided to have a quick look in Peter Jackson. Having purchased business attire elsewhere earlier today, we entered with the intention to simply browse. However, we left having purchased 2 tailored suits, 3 shirts, some shoes and a tie, as well as having received an incredible customer experience from employee Costa. He was genuine, thorough, knowledgeable and showcased the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Costa is an asset to this brand and is to be commended on the outstanding service he provides.

The service I received from Alex was impeccable.
He helped me select two perfectly fitted suits, and worked with me on every detail; pattern, trouser fit, sleeve length, etc. 11/10 experience. Will certainly be going back & will certainly be recommending. Thanks again Alex.
