Walked in looking for a wedding suit and John sized me up perfectly bye eye, helping me with the right style, colour and suggesting where modifications could be made. This is the second time I've bought a suit from this store and the service, knowledge and professionalism of the staff has been top tier on both occasions.

I enjoyed a similar experience to others at PJ's Highpoint. A great range of quality menswear and welcoming, knowledgeable staff. Peter understood the value of 'suggestive selling. ' I walked in wanting a new blazer and walked out with a complete new outfit. Impressive service, that many others could learn from!

Was sorted out by Sal. What a ripper of a bloke. Absolute phenomenal help, Sal knew exactly how to cater to out wants and gave us a seamless and classy service. Nothing but experience and passion. Will be booking in again for future needs and requesting Sal by name.

Can I give more than 5 stars? Just amazing- walked into PJ's Highpoint to look at a sports jacket and pats for my hubby and was genuinely greeted by Sal who was not only dressed AMAZING but had the BEST customer service skills I have ever come by. Knowledge about what PJ's had in their store was obviously not only because he works there but because of his love for men's fashion.not to mention love of style and give advise to his customers. Well done Sal, you are an asset to the store. Never will I shop anywhere else again for formal wear. A1

Ridiculous Stuff & Disrespectful team

We have been a good customer to Peter Jackson for a very long time! But today we have had a bad experience with the stuff being rude and disrespectful during our visit to Highpoint Branch! One of the manager in the store who was in charge to check in (QR) code as we normally do and follow the health department rules! We kindly asked him how come one of your stuff isn’t wearing the MUSK as well as two of the customers inside the shop! He replied aggressively it’s not your business! We have contacted the Health Department and reported this issue to them!

I kindly don’t recommend this place ever!

I walked into the store today needing a full outfit for a wedding and had a fantastic experience with Michael. Michael clearly knew his stuff and I left very happy with an excellent fitting suit, that was a great match for my style. The price was also fantastic for the quality of what I left with. Couldn't recommend a trip in store more!

Excellent service, from a gentleman who clearly has a very deep understanding of tailoring; how a suit should fit, the limitations of modifying, fitting, and appropriateness.

I walked in empty handed, and left with two pure wool suits ordered, to be picked up in two days time, with a variety of modifications, and hardly even felt the dent in my wallet.

Brilliant and highly recommended.

Can't go wrong with the quality of Peter Jackson suits and it's very clear why they have been in business for so long, definitely worth the price tag considering the good quality and design.
