Frank was very helpful helping us pick out a suit, took measurements, wasn't pushy in getting us to buy anything quickly, actually cared about what we thought about the suit, great customer service, 10/10.

My partner and I went in On friday the 16th of September to buy him two suits. We went in very willing to purchase and spend money there however didn’t on principle. The main gentleman who helped us was arrogant, rude and condescending. My partner tried on a few suits that he genuinely wanted to buy however we both agreed that there was no way this man was getting a sale off us. He was abrupt and spoke down to us and acted like we shouldn’t have been in the store. Funnily enough talking to some friends about the awful experience and they both new who we were talking about and had been in the store and also refused to buy suits despite wanting to because of the service. Very disappointing and PJ are missing out on sales because of how rude he is to customers.

Carlos was wonderful in helping me pick out a suit and helping me getting it tailored for my wedding.

Big props to him and he seemed to genuinely enjoy helping.

Had to write a review to express my thanks to Carlos for giving me some of the best sartorial advice and best customer service I've ever had. I went looking for a light grey suit, which seem hard to come by this season. Carlos could tell my size just by looking at me and the first jacket I tried on fitted me perfectly. He's there to make sure you look good in what you wear, period. Also gave me tips on where to take my pants to get altered so the silhouette would be perfect as well as the length. He flitted between several customers with ease, taking care of each one without ignoring anyone else on the shop. Will definitely be back, thanks Carlos, keep up the good work!

Chris the assistant manager was awesome! Was patient and knowledgeable and the best part, he saved me hundreds of dollars with my suit and accessories for my wedding. Will definitely be heading towards him in future for any suits/ formal wear! Thanks Chris

One of the worst store of peter jackson i have been to. They hardly bothers of doing any customer service, just always on with doing something rather than helping customers at all.

Nice service, went there a couple days ago for a classy suit, very patient staff and got wide range of suits. I’m really small so I was surprised they have my size (5”3/159 cm).

Great customer service, good selection of suits. Would prefer more sizes available on the rack, however they can order in quite quickly.

Good quality clothing, Carlos was a fantastic suit salesman. He is the reason for the 5 star review.

My husband and I went into Peter Jacksons this morning and wandered around looking for a suit and dress trousers for him. The entire time we were in the store the young man at the counter did not acknowledge our presence. After several minutes we walked out and went to Bell and Barnett where we were greeted by Yasmine and given excellent service.
