I came here after I had just come from Myer, disappointed with the lack of customer service and the range of suits. I came into Peter Jacksons stating I needed a suit for Derby Day. The sales assistant was able to get my measurements quite quickly and picked out a great suit for the occasion as well. They had great fitting suits where as Myer only had suits that could fit stick figures! He also helped with adding a few other touches like a pocket square. I was out of there in about 10 minutes with no mucking about and was able to get my measurements for altering as well. Was very happy with the service and expertise Peter Jacksons provide. Will definitely be coming back for any other jackets I might need in the future!

The staff at Peter Jackson Emporium are both professional AND courteous. They are willing to answer questions regarding menswear, and are always prepared to make a good deal on the quality products they stock.

A great shopping experience! I purchased 3 high-quality, extremely comfortable and fashionable business shirts, all on sale.

Andre was extremely helpful and friendly. He went the extra mile in helping me select shirts that paired well with trousers I had purchased at another store. Thank you Andre!

Bought a Jacket on 25th of November Friday for a function on Saturday the 3rd of December along with other garments, staff advised that it’s not in store we have to get from our other store interstate and I have pay $25.00 for express delivery and will be deliver by Wednesday. Which I paid the $25.00 express delivery fee on top of the price and waited for the call or text for pick up nothing happened, called back on Thursday no one pick the phone, then called back on Saturday morning called again after couple of missed calls finally same staff who sold the items picked up the phone and said it will take time as it’s coming from interstate you have to wait, i explained that you promised me that it will be ready for collection by Wednesday and now is Saturday and I have function in evening, he abruptly cut that call that I’m with customer (so if you bought stuff already you are not customer anymore). Called back again didn’t not answer, he then called back in the afternoon that he checked with post office on Saturday and it’s in Dandenong and I will get it by next week. Explained him that I needed it for today not next week and I’m in another shop to get another jacket for my function and once again advised call our head office for refund. Called head office on Monday and explained everything (7-8min) been asked to leave contact detail someone will contact me on Monday to sort it out. No contact called back again on Wednesday afternoon for refund been advising the person who do refund is not in there today and will forward my detail and he will contact me whenever he is back. I’m very disappointed on the service they provided to the loyal customers over the years I have bought countless garments from them in Brisbane and Melbourne and always refer them to my colleagues but never had a experience to return/refund or exchange, always bought and used it.

I am a regular in Highpoint store. Today I have been to the Emporium store, and experienced the worst customer service possible. I felt like the customer service officer felt disguts after seeing me. When I proceeded to the tie section, he clearly avoided me and went to other direction without saying a single word. No greetings after eye contact, no talking, while paying the ties I have purchased and he did not even asked if I have an account or not. Never going back there

Recently bought a white shirt from this Peter Jackson Store. When I took it out of the packaging, it was clear that the packaging had a left a large blue stain on the front of the shirt. When trying to return the shirt for a replacement, it was clear that all of the white shirts had the same issue so a refund was requested. Was told that Peter Jackson do not do refunds, despite the shirt clearly being defective. Will not be shopping here again.

Great experience, really reasonably priced suits and fantastic customer service.

Igor was fantastic! He spent a long time with us, picking out the right suits and went to a really great effort to track down a suit. He went the extra mile and we appreciated it.

Igor gave us the most amazing service with suits for our wedding! With one of our groomsmen not getting properly sized until only 6 weeks away from the wedding, Igor managed to source the correct size despite that style being discontinued - this saved us a huge amount of stress! The groom and groomsmen could not have looked more handsome on our big day. Highly recommend Igor and the Peter Jackson Emporium team to all wedding parties!

Igor took time and put in a lot of genuine care to get the boys sorted with suits for a wedding. We all came away looking absolutely dapper. Definitely would recommend speaking to Igor if you need a suit, he cares.

Had a great experience buying my first suit with John last Sunday. He listened attentively to what I wanted and brought over a suit that fit the bill perfectly, size and all. He answered all my questions and made the experience easy and enjoyable.

After working in suiting for 6+ years, i was excited to head into this store and buy a suit to wear to my best friend's wedding; as a customer rather than a salesperson. When i walked in, I was greeted with service, the tone quickly turned sour as i ask them firstly, if they did lay-bys and secondly if i could put it on hold until the day after, this was returned with "this is the last one, if someone comes in to enquire about this, we will sell it after calling you to let you know. "

In my personal experience working practically in this companies direct competitor, i would have held a suit for a customer for a week, even two if asked politely. However, i walked out not wanting to return.

Today, after talking to my best friend we have organised that i will be purchasing the suit in Brisbane and sending it to Victoria, to be picked up from the Highpoint store, hopefully they will present themselves and the company with less arrogance.

I just got off the phone with the store again to let them know that the suit can is no longer needed to be held, and the staff member was very quick to snap that 'now, he can put it back on the floor. '

As a final note, sorry for wasting your time Peter Jackson, Emporium.
The only reason i will be returning is because your suit is the one chosen for the wedding party.

Nice suits though to bad about the people representing them.

Pathetic service.
Went to buy suits for my brothers wedding, staff was rude and pushy. Asked for a discount as we were getting 4 suits all needing tailoring and were scoffed at. Yet the customer before us had their tailoring thrown in for free. Asked for the guys name but he wouldnt give it up. Tall guy brown hair and an accent.

Ended up going to joe black who had brilliant service

Doing a review as we're waiting for our shirts to arrive. Customer service is hit and miss here. We got four groomsmen suit shirts a few months ago and the service was great and attentive. Got another three shirts today for my husband and it was a very easy sale as he already knew what he wanted. I had to make signs for them to come and service us as no-one approached us.
They had to get the right size from other stores in the city and told us to they'd give us a call within 20mins. An hour later (and we had to move our car in between) they still hadn't call. We decided to come back in in case they had misplaced and lost our number, just to find out that not only our shirts aren't hear, they didn't even apologise for the delay and brushed it off quickly using the excuse the other store was on lunch break.
If you are trained at all for the minimum level of customer service, a courtesy phone call would have been nice and a properly apology are minimally expected. Peter Jackson would lose customers overtime if this is how they expect their staff to treat customers. Still sitting here waiting for our shirts.
