Peter Jackson

I was trying on suits at Peter Jackson, I normally buy them from the Glen branch. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size, they said the Knox branch had one. I found the staff at Knox was not very friendly very pushy. I’ll be staying with the Glen branch, staff at Glen are very friendly and accommodating to any of your requests. Peter Jackson suite are very reasonably priced. Value for money.

Have shopped several times with Mohit at PJ at Knox. Just fabulous! The best service. Purchased wedding suits recently and would not hesitate to recommend the great customer service offered by this gentleman. I hope I spelt his name correctly!

Great service. Fitted me out perfectly with a magnificent looking suit with extras. Gentleman who served me was professional, polite, has an extensive knowledge of menswear which was handy as I was purchasing a particular look. He knew exactly what i wanted. Made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in. Shops like this are rare to find. I would recommend anyone to shop there.

The staff were friendly and several shirt and suit options were in stock in my size. My alterations were completed by lunchtime the next day. Very happy with the experience, service, and product.

Omg! I have a wedding this weekend, found out this morning my husbands shirt was too small and ripped at the collar.
I ran into the store and the lovely staff, man, was just so helpful matching the shirt to his old suit! He looks brand new even with a very old jacket!
Thank goodness.thanks Peter Jackson! Thanks knox staff (Asian, sorry didn’t catch his name!) but major life saver!

There is an Asian elderly man who is very rude and rushes to buy what he wants to sell. This was the only option I was given and when I asked for other options he rudely dint want to assist or further help. Very disappointed Peter Jackson Knox! First and last there get a better sales rep

I went into Peter Jackson's today to inquire about suit for my husband was greeted by a older Asian man with no customer service at all so rude he said we have plenty just bring your husband no what colour what style or anything i left there disgusted now peter Jackson's have great suits but they have to teach thier staff customer service skills as a woman I was not impressed

Poor sales staff, disinterested. Went in to buy two suits but service so poor went elsewhere. Staff should wear sox and look like they actually care.

Clear leader in formal attire. Big statement is in the experienced older staff that know their product. No young salesperson with blank looks not sure if you can cotton-on to what I'm saying.

I recently was in need of a suit and decided to try Peter Jackson for the first time and I’m so glad I did. I had the immense pleasure of dealing with a gentleman by the name of Ian who walked me through the process of selecting the perfect suit for the occasion I was attending. He was extremely professional and made me feel like I was a valued customer, not just a wallet to take money from. I walked away with a beautiful charcoal suit and an extremely positive experience from Peter Jackson Knox. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends who are looking for quality suits.

I am giving Peter Jackson a score of 0 stars. I went into your store today. An Asian man was there. At the time I was the only one in the store. I asked him how his day was and he said he's already had a few sales. As we spoke, I asked him if he had pants for me. He said you're tall and we don't have your size. He showed me a rack and said these are the sizes they have.he went back to his work. I asked whats my size as I only know it in inches. The sizes were different. I said I liked checks.little response. I said maybe I could alter the pants.he said, well that's between you and the alteration company. I asked if the centre had an alteration company.he said they're all around.here's the thing.does peter Jackson give the customer an experience.yes you do - a bad experience. I never felt he wanted to help me.maybe cos I wasn't rushing for my wallet.but maybe he judged me too early.he was mature in age and he wasn't interested in what he was doing. So here's my question peter Jackson, is your store only for the exclusively rich - because we hand't talked about rpice. I was ready to pay.but I wanted my size.here's my thing.a guy at work is almost 6 ft 6 and he bought pants from you.recently.how does that work. I will NEVER go back. I went across the walkway to the bossini store and was taken care of. I spent my money where I was treated like a person - not just a wallet.bye Pater Jackson.you've lost a customer because you were rude and disinterested

Christian was incredibly helpful with choosing the right suit for my body type and gave amazing customer service. Definitely recommending him to my friend's and colleagues.

Christian went well out of his way, nothing was too hard, he contacted two different stores to sort out my requirements and provided excellent customer service. There was no pressure after two visits and phone conversations he was happy for us to buy or not. Thanks again.

I have now dealt with both Ian and Christian, they have both always been extremely professional and easy to deal with. I would happily recommend this store to any friends and family looking for a suit and definitely by far the best Peter Jackson store i have had dealings with
