Fantastic experience and service by Josh, he made me feel comfortable as I’m starting a new job and have never bought formal clothing for any previous jobs. I walked out with suits, shirts, shoes and chinos. Josh helped me with styling and showing me how to use all garments together to create numerous outfits. I highly recommend to go see Josh and at Northland Peter Jackson you won’t be disappointed by the service and the quality of garments on offer.

My friends had a very bad experience yesterday. He was very depressed after his visit to northland. He always encouraged us to use this brand. But now I will also discontinue this brand. Every customer must be treated with respect and courtesy regardless of age, colour and race. This was really outrageous that he was denied to purchase the merchandise. I have visited the official website, which clearly mentions that the Peter Jackson gift cards (e voucher) are acceptable in store. I will also request my friends and family to discontinue their merchandise.

It was really bad experience at this outlet which has made me mentally upset and depressed. They did not tried to accommodate me at all, provided me false and misleading information. Which I confirmed it with 6 other outlets in Melbourne. I have also confirmed from Peter Jackson's official website which clearly contradicts the information provided. My friends, family and I have decided to discontinue their products. I have also decided to return all of their past purchases as an act of protest, because their products will remind me of today's incident and will make me more depressed.

Great service great quality clothing. You want to look good go here. Pants can be adjusted for fitting and staff are not only friendly but they know their stuff.

If you want to be judged, this place might be for you. Not at all impressed by the customer service, who spoke as if they were cut from different cloth.

I entered the store thursday afternoon with my two children and needed a dinner suit. I was greeted by John and had the most wonderful retail experience in a long time. John was really helpful and knowledgeable about the suits and current styles, he helped me find a combination of pieces that was what i had in mind. I am extremely happy with the quality and service i got at peter jackson northland.
I have been thinking about more suits and i really love being well dressed and looking good so i will be back for another suit shortly. I can't recommend John and peter jackson northland higher, thank you so much for such a great experience and suit.

The gentleman Pete who served me today was an absolute legend! Really knew his suits, styles and ties to match. Gave me a lot of confidence in making my decisions. Will be back! Thanks Pete!

A clock fell on my brothers Fiancés face. Instead of asking are you okay his like don’t touch it next time. My brother said that he didn’t touch it. We told him that’s not safe his like just don’t touch it. We Just walked out not going to put up with the guys attitude.

His attitide was extremely disgusting on how careless he was. He was more worried about the clock than his customers. We went in hoping to find groom suit but we just dropped everything and walked out. We won’t be going to Peter Jackson (Epping Plaza) ever again and won’t be recommending to anyone.

My husband Rob and I visited the Northland Store today, Sunday the 22nd of June 2020. We were served by Nathan, a lovely person who went above and beyond to ensure that we had exactly what we were looking for. How refreshing to have a fabulous purchasing experience once again. These types of salespeople are very few and far between. Highly recommended store and products.

Excellent customer service. Quality & Affordable Suits.
My experience started off in looking in store for a new tie. Nathan approached me to help and asked if I would like to try on a suit, I laughed as I am 6 foot 4 and have never really been able to buy a nice fitting suit off the shelf. He twisted my arm to try one on and I could believe it, but the suit fitted well. I have now purchased 3 suits from there and get comments on how nice they are. The service standard from both Josh and Nathan is excellent and thanks to this, they will continue to have a repeat customer. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Sami is without a doubt the best representative I have come across! Professional, kind and above all he is a wealth of knowledge!

My Fiance Andrew walked in to the Northland store on Monday afternoon and was served by John. After recieving a few photos followed by an excited txt message saying "we gotta come here on the weekend". We made our way to PJ's on a Friday night with the best man as well and I can honestly say we had no intention of buying when we went in as we wanted to shop around first. As soon as we walked in John remembered my Fiance straight away and retrieved the jacket he had ordered in for him after their conversation on Monday. The experience we had exceeded our expectations. We walked out with everything we needed. To receive the most refreshing, honest and personal service from John and Josh was just an absolute delight. Andrew walked out and said "I'm a Peter Jackson Man for life now" Thank you so much John and Josh for everything. We really appreciate your time and effort when we came into the store and will always recommend people we know to come and see you for all their suit needs!

Great service & reasonable prices for good quality! Josh was very knowledgeable with the right fit & styles. The experience was made a little more personal as the staff introduced himself. Recently had our wedding and we came into Peter Jacksons not knowing what we were after. Josh was right on the ball with getting not only the Groom but his groomsmen and the two father's dressed red carpet ready! He dressed them all the way from shirt to pocket square and we couldn't be more thankful! He has an attention to detail and makes sure everyone is comfortable and kept close eye on our suits and any adjustments right up until the week of the wedding just incase of any further alterations needed! Customer service and knowledge of product 10/10.

Bad sales consultant. Went there this morning and ended up buying two pants and a shirt though. The sales people weren't very helpful. They get stressed and cranky when asked for alteration and better price. Thanks for your service and I will never see you again.

Bad sales representative/sales consultant. Tried to sell me a pants which is way bigger than my size. I tried to ask if i could get it from other stores or maybe they could get the pants from other stores but they said they could alter the pants for me which will still looks good. That was my first suits and I'm really disappointed with the experience.

Your Northlands branch Manager is not good with his behaviour but your clothes quality is very high.good work
