Bianca was fantastic. Very patient, offered opinion when I asked and the suit is great. She even stuck around 20mins after closing time so I could pick up my altered suit before an event that night.

PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE
I bought a shirt for 120$ but I double check on the website just only 89$, nothing 120$. And i came back after 10min to ask. They said they can’t exchange or refund money at the moment. They gonna let the head office to call me and make the refund on the next day. But over 1 week they still not calling me. I came back and ask again because i work near there. They said they sure they will call me next day. Ok. But they didn’t. After 1 more week i came back they said in process my money will come to my account.
Now over 1 and haft months i still didn’t see anything. 30$ not a big money. But not good service and try to stolen money

Amazing service - Abdul took us through everything we were looking for, was such an easy experience getting our wedding party attire sorted. Was very knowledgeable and helped us out with all our questions. Wish getting fitted for attire was always this easy!

Unfortunately the lack of customer service was an absolute fail here on this occasion. On a Saturday morning 2 weeks ago with no other customers in the store the retail clerk was too busy with a personal conversation to acknowledge my presence even though I was directly in front of him. (Not so much as a 'Hi, I'll be with you shortly'. So I turned around, walked out, and promptly bought 3 tailored suits that fit like a glove from Brooks Brothers in Melbourne Emporium. Fantastic service made it a special experience that really turned things around.

Aaron was a great help with getting me fitted for a suit. Very hard to come by someone so knowledgeable and wanting to help. Great work

Love the quality of the shoes but customer service isn’t this stores strong point. Wasn’t acknowledged, had to get the salespersons attention even though he was doing nothing. They directed me to the Emporium store since they supposedly had stock for the item I was searching for, but when I arrived they had none.

Staff member just called me abusing me and asking me to take this review down.

Very poor quality product and customer service. I have had a new coat with them for a little over 1 week. The buttons on this coat have all become so lose I am afraid to wear the product. The in store attendant who sold me the product a week ago who is named Jacopo offered me a solution where by he could get the buttons sowed back on. However, i am without a coat in the middle of winter in Melbourne for the day. Peter Jackson - this is a fail for me. Jacopo told me it was not his problem i was without a coat for the day, great customer service boys? NEVER Again!

The one stop shop for suits, been going for years and will continue for many years to come. Mid year sales are great!

Decent brand but appalling customer service at this store it’s a real let down to the brand, I won’t ever visit again and would strongly recommend no else does either.
Peter Jackson have other stores within a short walk of this one which have managed to hire competent staff, visit one of those instead.

Initially had a poor experience with a member of staff (who has now left).
Thankfully Aaron sorted all the issues out quick sharp and the suit is now as it should be.

Rude and arrogant customer service. No service when I walked in, had to call the arrogant buffoon over who was more interested in chatting up his female co-worker only to have him snidely suggest I "should go somewhere else" when I commented that they didn't have the right pattern and colour of suit I was looking for.

Thanks arrogant clown, I did and received excellent service elsewhere. Do not shop here.

I like the clothes and service in store is awesome.

Disappointed using the online service. Waited over 6 weeks to get my third item and a response.

When I did get the reply, no apology, just we can refund or you can choose another shirt. Poor recovery from someone who has erred.
