12Just visited the Northland store and had the best experience thanks to the sales assistant Hayden. He was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you for your wonderful customer service. It’s rare to find that these days. I hope his manager sees this and recognizes this.
Has to be the worst experience I’ve had in a peteralexander store to date. Will be avoiding this particular store in the future!
Located inside Northland near Lush and Mecca, lots of staff inside, prices are expensive but they've got some good discounts usually, I just bought a pair of men's pants $89.95 down to $25.
They also sell glasshouse candles and hand cream, slippers, socks, underwear, gowns, dog tees, cosmetic bags, scrunchies.
More than happy with this store. Always has what I want in stock. Always get the best customer service from Maddy:) an asset to the business for sure
Wow, a wonderland of fun and whimsical pj's. Of fancy slippers to novelty and elegant ones. A dreamy shop to visit, on walking in, the sweet caramel fragrance grabs your senses from the candles and the Perfum fragrance. The staff were welcoming and cheery, making it easy to shop

The Northland store was clean & tidy when I visited, plenty of product choice and the staff were friendly with great customer service
The person who served me could not be bothered or did not know how to work the register? So passed me on to another person who also passed me on to another person. Also the lady who served me could not count, the price was $135 I gave her two $100 dollar notes she repeated back to me it's $135 dollars.
Don't get me wrong I have had excellent customer service in the past but they have dropped the ball and need to either retrain staff or hire new staff.

A few years ago after a cafuffle i became aware of PA's great returns policy and have become a big lover of the brand
They managed to pick out that an outfit we had picked had a different size top and bottom. With no stock in hand with the correct size, they rang around to organise one to be put aside for pickup. Great service and attention to detail
