On the evening of 25th of Nov, skinny middle aged staff member was very rude.my daughter was standing near to the railing of cloths, she forcefully moved her resulting scratch on her arm and was very scared. When we told her that she should behave properly, instead of saying sorry she started yelling with very high pitch. DFO management involved in this incident, we are hoping that this should be addressed else we will be taking it further.
I want to give minus review but there was no option. Very rude and racist staff member, management should take action ASAP

On the evening of November 3rd, at 8: 40, when I was checking out after buying pajamas, there was a girl with golden hair and light blue hair who was very rude. When I pointed at the clothes on the cashier's counter and asked how much they cost, this rude girl pushed my hand away immediately, and tell me don’t get close! It's really poor customer service. This girl doesn't deserve to be in the service industry. She should go as far away as possible.

Dismal outlet store with unfriendly staff and even management doesn’t bother to reply with any enquiries or feedback. Don’t bother going here if other stores say there is something in stock because they can’t be bothered finding it for you.

Went into store today and was served by the girl behind the register. I must say I got treated by the worst customer service. She was absolutely rude and spoke to me like she couldn't be bothered. I would not go back to that store, wouldnt spend a cent of my money on overpriced PJs considering where they are made. Kmart is the way to go from now on. They are all young and no mannera. Don't welcome you when you walk in. Peter Alexander, your staff are terrible. What's happened to respect and good customer service these days.
Note to the staff member who served me, be a little nicer. It doesn't cost anything to speak nicely.

I visited tonight on 28/01/22 around 5: 30-6pm and the staff were very friendly and helpful with sizing! Thank you:)
