9Katerina was amazing she helped me pick out my Shrek pajamas as I couldn't find my size. She went above and beyond to go searching out the back and luckily found the last one in my size. So happy with my purchase.
Such rude staff. Waited in line to do an exchange and they acted frustrated. Once we left we heard one of the team members say “Okay finally back to what we were doing.let me focus now” I turned around and they visibly looked annoyed at us for being customers.

The night gown I bought 3 days ago was on sale now and since it was still in the bag, unworn and with tags I decided to buy the same item on sale and return the full price one. Cindy decided to play Sherlock Holmes and wanted me to bring both items together to be able to return one of them (? !? ! Very strange lol, as mentioned before both items were identical, new and with tags.). According to Cindy it was not her decision to deny my return of brand new item with receipt, but her manager’s Kristy decision. Kristy was not in the store, just instructing Cindy over the phone. I couldn’t stay to keep trying to finalise my rightful return because my 8 month old needed to be breastfed but once bub was asleep I went back with both new items to finally get my refund. Cindy was apologetic, I think she realised how stupid and time wasting for this busy mum the whole thing was. Cindy is young and clearly inexperienced so I was not annoyed at her (training strongly recommended though). However, if manager Kristy does exist and that’s how she treats repeated customers, I’m not surprised Cindy doesn’t know how to handle a basic customer service request. Please please please provide at least basic training for the staff!
Katerina from the Southland store was very kind and friendly in assisting me to find the correct sizes. She also went out of her way to find similar styles of styles that didn't have my size. Would recommend this store to experience good customer service.

I really like the look of the pants I got from here, but every time I wear a pair for more than 2 weeks they rip or tear in different places. I've tried going up a size or two, I've tried going down a size (would have tried two, but there are limits to what i can squeeze into). No difference, I think these are mostly for show and not for go.but, like I said, they look nice
