Wish I could give 0 stars. Appealing customer service, no help, rude attitude and was waiting around for ages to just be greeted.

I went into junior store with my 5 years old son yesterday. I find staff there is unfriendly and rude, absolutely no customer service at all. I asked for size 5 for my son. All i get was " only whatever there" not a smile on there face. I feel like Peter Alexander has under paid their staff that's why they have attitudes towards their customers.

Terrible customer service at highpoint store. Staff are rude and put out by having to do their job.

Store nice and neat. But Staff are so rude. And can’t be bother with their jobs. Need more training with customer service.

It is illegal to deny entry to someone who is medically exempt from wearing a mask. I will never shop there again.

Staff are rude as considering you are purchasing basically pj for 200 bucks you would think they could be pleasant

I have work in customer service for the last 10 years and I just received some of the best customer service from the girls especially Kim who was at the register. I must say Kim is a true asset to the business. She had great manners and was very attentive.
I will defiantly return when purchasing gifts for my wife as she loves the brand.

Staff were so helpful with my return and they were so lovely that I even ended up buying more to go on top of my return!

Best quality PJs! Super cute options too, always smells incredible and the staff are super helpful and enthusiastic!
