I was going to purchase a few nice things I saw from their current sale but I ended up putting everything back because of how rude and cold the staff are. Had such an uncomfortable experience here. It’s a shame because I love PT and have been shopping here for years. It really wasn’t worth giving a store this ill-mannered money.

Everyone ignored me in the store and attended to other customers as I tried to ask for assistance. Might have been because of my appearance.

The best pyjama and resultant gift store for our family. Every time we visit we buy something. This Christmas we purchased candles there as well- a Christmas pudding scented candle and it was amazing. The pyjamas last as the quality is fabulous. Yes they are expensive but you get what you pay for! Always shop here!

Went to the store yesterday and smelt some tester perfumes I later had the co-worker following me around the store. As I tried to leave the store a worker had approached me and accused me of theft and threatened me to call security. I had the worker check my pockets and bags and the perfume isle, I felt completely stripped of my dignity as I would never steal. Anyway the worker was horrible and rude would never come back to this store which is a same as I love there clothing items. 0/10

Sold me a 2-pack of underwear which contained 2 different sizes but refused to rectify the situation. Got passed around to different staff members none of whom seemed to have a good grasp of their return policy.

I like the products of Peter alexander. Just the staff in emporium store are not as nice as other store. The staff was not attentive, kept talking with her colleague. She even didn’t listen I finished my question and said sold out, no more. Furthermore, one of the sale price is misleading, marked price was $42, further 30% off, but it came to scan, the staff said it already reduced so no more further. It was obviously human error. I feel annoyed because of the unprofessional customer service.

Amazing customer service, great help in picking a birthday present since I always have trouble in choosing when buying present for friends. I never knew pj were that pricy but amazing customer service $200 Is nothing.

In a rush, i bought some thank you cards which happened to be on sale.the girl who put me through was lovely, she even gave me a pen so i could write on the cards in-store.i later discovered that she accidentally overcharged me double what the sale sticker displayed.i had already given the cards away, and gave her the packaging to dispose of which had the sale stickers stuck to them.i did retain the receipt though, and went back in-store to get the difference refunded.after explaining what happened, another sales assistant told me that because i didn't have the product, she was unable to refund me.while she was nice about it, this was very disappointing.i work in retail and my store would definitely have done it.it was an under $10 refund to correct a mistake - not worth it to keep the customer happy? Not great.

Converted, used to think PA was overpriced Sussan, but after entering and browsing in MC store vs walking past a shopping strip store. I found myself genuinely intriged and picking up random articles. Clever coordinated but still quirky.

Poor customer service, was in the shop for over 20 mins and they didnt even say hi. Is this how retail shops are now a days?

If your staff offers to wrap the item that I am am buying at your store, the least I would expect is that they will remove the price tag from the item, especially after mentioning it’s a present.

Worst customer service experience after Boxing Day. This has beautiful product and always amazing window displays however on this day I went into the store searching for a particular size in Mens shorts which was difficult as the stroe was trashed, understandably it was post boxing day. After standing at the mens pj section for at least 15 minutes I looked for a staff member - one head down at the counter the entire time so I asked a floor staff member for sizes in styles. Her reply and body language was help yourself. I actually said "so do I just rummage through everything myself? " she nodded I said "so you can't help me then? " she gave me a look and walked away. I work in retail, it's not difficult to check your stock on the computer for sizes. If you're not doing your job, what are you doing?
