Took my dog in for a wash. Super friendly staff and dog wash works very well for my very large long coat German Shepherd.

Fantastic service by Amanda with great care and attention to my fur baby! Clearly cares about the welfare and emotional state of the dogs and amazing service all round. Will be returning in future for more grooms!

It use to be fantastic here, but now the staff are not overly helpful, and barely any good specials applicable to us anymore.

Walked in looking for something, did two laps of the store while 4 staff members were at the front socialising. I thanked them for their service as I walked out the door. Customer service is seriously lacking.

Great service, very clean and well stocked never had an issue with any of the staff they are all awesome to deal with.

Petbarn in wendouree is fantastic such a huge selection for your fish tanks the lady on Monday th 5th September at around 9am was so lovely. Professional friendly knowledgeable passionate about her job I really loved it there. Even though I live in Melbourne that petbarn is my favourite that lady thankyou gor a great shopping experience. Oh a light I bought online is now on my tank it's so beautiful at night with the blue light option. Petbarn my favourite store my fishes thankyou

Complaint on attitude of one staff member.

Purchased two of the same dog beds back in June for my two 11year old dogs. One bed is perfectly fine the other started to come apart.

A few weeks back I checked in-store if I was able to bring it back to swap it out, the sales staff said yes as long as it was not showing signs of teeth marks or being ripped apart that should not be a problem.

I did as discussed today and as I was paying for the other goods l was purchasing Thomas, who was serving me stated that he would do this for me today but it is considered as normal wear and tear.

After I said you can not expect something that has had less that 3 months of use, which is already coming apart, that has not been ripped by the dogs as normal wear and tear when an exact same item of the same age is showing no signs that are
similar.

Thomas went on to make me feel like he was doing me a favour and then refused to put it through putting me on to another sales person who did this without question.

As a result of Thomas I will never go back and suggest that unless you are going in for food items only don't bother with this store and if you get Thomas ask to be served by someone else.

Good range of products, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, can be abit pricey compared to the competition but good overall.

Staff very knowledgeable about products and information about products is excellent, given choices for like products, quick service.

By far has been the most helpfull & they seem to have more variety of pet products & fish, than other pet stores in Ballarat.

Pretty overpriced. I recommend online shopping or petstock, which has less variety of budgie toys however.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Kait, who helped me with 4 molly fish for my new tank. Her obvious passion for the welfare of the fish, and a dedication to making sure they are going to a good home with someone who knows their care requirements was outstanding. Fantastic service, thank you Kait, and the mollys are very happy in their new home:)

The store didn't have the item I wanted in stock, but the staff member I spoke to was lovely, she took the time to sit down on the floor and talk to my nervous dog.

Been in a few times (have just now had time to write my review) and staff are more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving you even when you are starting directly at them from in front of the counter. When they do finally assist I have been given poor advice and experienced very defensive attitudes when bringing up their errors. As there seems to be a trend here, I won't be returning.

Great place for all your pet needs, needed some fish supplies which we got, prices are reasonable.
