Petbarn St Kilda

I had a negative experience with this shop's manager. I don't understand how she provides customer service. Never shopping with this Petbarn again!

Staff are very friendly and courteous. I returned a damaged product and they were very apologetic, unlike other retailers who will often question you, making you feel at fault for the damage. So it was a very easy replacement process.

Don't have much it's really small and doesn't have any livestock. And the fish keeping shelf is small as.

By far the best Petbarn store my fury friends and I have been to so far.
It’s always well stocked and the team are very inclusive and friendly. My dog loves them all. Prices are affordable and the layout is very easy to navigate.

Multiple buy advertisement everywhere somewhat customer misleading, with no proces on display waste of time everything extremely overpriced.staff extremely unhelpful.accc notified.

Everyone here is always friendly, helpful, and professional. If you are lucky enough, it's dog wash day where you can pat the puppies!

Not the best place to go to for your pet. I'm a new pet owner with a puppy I asked a lot of questions about the thing that a first pet owner would do and I found them not helpful the staff could answer most of my questions there was know in point of any knowledge around what you should now and expect when you a first pet owner.

Not a large range. Never been offered help from staff. If I need something desperately, I'll go here but if I want a large range of products I'll go elsewhere.

This pet barn is fantastic. Lots of items, staff are lovely and also price match item.

There is a dog wash available also.

Great selection of food, my meals will be sorted for months. The meat says for animal use only, don't believe everything you read.

Does what it says on the door, sells pet stuff. Note: lost one star cause it's not the customers issue that %off signs not taken down. Just honour the signage and not blame others.

They usually always have everything I need under the one roof. Dogs are definitely not complaining.

Drove around to numerous pet stores today trying to find dog jackets or clothing of any kind. Staff were friendly, greeted my dog, the clothes on sale were at very front of store. They explained as it was now spring their suppliers stop sending jackets etc. I appreciated them telling me this! So even though a bit too big I bought a jacket on sale for an awesome price.

The toys that contain soft plastic are over priced and inferior quality. The plastic breaks into small pieces immediately upon being chewed and is a chocking and intestine blockage risk. This product will not break down if stuck in the gut. This is a very dangerous product line. When I took two items back to exchange within 24hours I was told that Petbarn does not normally guarantee toys. Exchanged for a rope toy but then the plastic handle did the same thing so I cut it off. They need to source a superior quality product a these prices. The toys at the two dollar shop have lasted years without this problem.

Expensive with rude service. The service and weak mask and check in policy has put me off returning and I would rather shop online or elsewhere, like Petstock from now on. The last time I visited, some customers were not wearing masks and entering without using the QR code with no regulation from staff.

Today the customer service was excellent, I was informed about products that my needs and and made aware where different brands of the types where available, after the service today, I would be inclined to go to back to PetBarn even if items were cheaper elsewhere.
