I couldn't find what I was looking for the duck or lamb sashes for kittens. I think that the store in Camberwell have them. So bought something else.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The person who served me even checked the internet to find the lowest price for the items I was buying, and matched that price. Highly recommended

Super friendly staff, good selection of dog treats and food. Like how dogs can also wander around. My puppy literally picked out his own treat and held it in his mouth until we got to the car.

Pet barn made the return of products which my dog was rejecting very easy and quick. Very pleasant staff and knowledgeable.

Called up to put a cat on hold for adoption and travelled over an hour and they had double booked the cat and the best excuse I got was oh sorry, what more am meant to do as a customer and clearly left abruptly and unhappy, also overpriced aquarium needs and staff who only wanted to come up with excuses not solutions, waste of time and fuel for nothing

May have the products but the customer service is poor. Not asking if I required assistance, just stood at the register talking to each other.

Great place with a huge range of products for a range of animals from cats, dogs, birds, fish, rodents, reptiles, and more.fair prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always a 1st choice for me.

My doggies are pulling me towards Petbarn when we're walking close by. They're always offered a treat by the staff.
The sales team is knowledgeable and really helpful.
Petbarn has a wide variety of products and often great sales.
The back of the shop has two pet washing tanks which are very handy when you don't want to wash your dogs at home. They are easy to operate and work with coins. I wash my two dogs the same time which is economical, $10.00.
I don't use the dryer because my dogs don't like it but it is your choice.
I recommend Petbarn for everyone.
