The team and stock at Petbarn Hawthorn are both great.
You'll get what you need for cheaper than pretty much anywhere and with great customer service.

If they haven't got what you need, I'm sure they'll be able to get it or find something just as good if not better!

Our 2 Ginger boys (cats), love them because they supply them and if we're not able to get there, they also have delivery that seems to only take an hour, depending on the time you order.

Friendly staff who always offer to carry heavy items to the car. Good range or products and competitive prices.

Love the dog wash facility, there are treats for your dogs too if you forget to bring yours

Had a great experience this morning, the staff member went above and beyond to help out with putting on a new cone for my energetic puppy. Had much more professional and helpful experience here than I got from qualified vets at RSPCA. Thanks again will be coming back

Standing there for half an hour and no staff coming to help. Finally we reached out to a staff and she refused to sell us product because she doesnot know what’s in the product and what the product is for. Educate your staff please.

Excellent and friendly service, particularly from assistant manager. They price match too. My go to now for my dog’s dry food. Pet Stock nearby also good but Pet Barn beat them on price.

We are always greeted with a warm smile, and the team is very friendly, polite and helpful, providing excellent service. My puppy Chanel is very happy when we shop at Petbarn, we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Chanel and I give them 5 stars of course!

Good spot for all your essentials, just slightly hard to find a park around as it may get quite busy and congested during peak hour

Never go there on a Sunday. Puppy school takes place in the store, which 'cannot be interrupted' and rude staff will just send you down the road to buy what you need from Pet Stock.

Small. Limited range. Many items not showing prices on shelf. OK - but not where I'd be rushing back to.

I ordered products today at 9: 15, and had them at my door by 9: 30. Wow! That is what I call service.

Lovely old building, went to get dog collar/lead, plenty of options and very helpful customer service about which type of lead for the type of dog.

Knowledgeable and approachable staff. If you go at the right time, you may see all the puppies finishing school.

Very friendly, highly recommend. Bought a heat lamp bulb there and when found it was faulty they replaced with no issues. Also same day delivery was a life saver! Great stock ect.

Wouldn't go back. Customer service was bizarre, they didn't even know how to match their OWN online prices for products. Didn't have stock of common cat food. Membership gave me no benefits. Had a much better experience at their Richmond store.

Fantastic. The price match and have return of food if your pet does not like it within 60 days.

Good services and a decent range. The staff are very friendly with my dog.
They’re also good at checking stock levels in other stores as they’re aware they’re not the largest.

I recently tried out the same day delivery service from Petbarn Hawthorn and was delighted by delivery within an hour or so. Delivery wasn’t quite correct but no issue for the store when I called, who then sent out correct item without delay plus added a treat pack for my dog. They have certainly won my future business. Every staff member is super helpful, within a month they set me up with dog food that my very fussy dog absolutely loves and they helped me with a harness that is the right fit for my dog. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Iam a regular customer because of this.

The staff here are so lovely and helpful. It has everything we need for our dogs. Their food is always on special and love the rewards program.
