Had an issue which was addressed professionally & quickly! Good products, prices & Customer Service (rare these days!) Can highly recommend =)

We’ve purchased from pet joint a few times now and items are always exactly as described and good quality.
Customer service is great too!

There was a problem with a product after the voluntary warranty period had ended, and staff within minutes (after hours) were very attentive and reasonable in helping me deal with the problem.

We purchased an XL and XXL kennels for our 2 Kelpies x Collie Dogs. Very sturdy, look great and waterproof.

Had ordered a wrong size crate cover by mistake and the store refunded it with no fuss at all.

We ordered a dog grate on March 19 and was advised the item would be delivered April 1-4.
The item has not been received so the tracking number was cross-checked and the advice was the item was delayed.
PetJoint use Aramex as their courier so they were contacted. They advised that the item was received in their Perth Depot on April 7 however they were attempting to locate it before they can advise when it would be delivered.
I queried that with the current technology available, locating the item should not be an issue. Aramex replied saying that they distribute thousands of items and this creates problems. Isn't this a key part of their business?
Aramex still cannot advise when the item will be delivered. For us this is important as we have to transport a 6 month old dog where the grate is an important part of the plan.
Therefore PETJOINT have failed in their key requirement of supply and deliver.
Pet Circle use Australia Post and we don't have the same issues with their supply and deliver offering as they normally deliver on plan and if not will advise rescheduled date.
Suppose that provides an indication on what choice we should make next time?

Recently bought Large Wooden Dog Kennel With Balcony Crate from Pet Joint for my new Kelpie pup and couldnt be happier. Easy to put together and has everything we need to keep puppy and owner happy. Especially love the storage in the roof which has come in real handy. Good value for money, would hightly recommend. Pup is still small enough to fit through the bars but will grow into it soon enough!

Just bought a dog kennel for my border collie recently. Very friendly team to deal with and always respond in a timely manner. My puppy enjoys every minute of relaxing in the balcony. I highly recommend Pet Joint to anyone looking for dog kennels at resonable price with a reliable company.

It's just a factory for pick up. Don't expect a store front at all and there is no display, but for online orders it's a great store to get pet enclosures from at a very reasonable price.

Good quality products, fantastic customer service & great prices. Ajay was extremely helpful when the shipment for our 2 x XXL crates was delayed. We had two new Rottweiler puppies at home & were desperate to get them in their crates. Ajay kindly lent us a display one from the warehouse until our order arrived. Warehouse and small front showroom have limited tems but heaps of stock but at great prices with friendly helpful staff/owner.

Service was excellent! Delivered same day metro melbourne only 4 hours after ordering. Good price for a great product. We needed a high dog panel set for our climbing 15 wk old Staffies so they can’t get to stuff.

Really fast delivery and great customer service. The product definitely seems heavier and more sturdy than what you'd get at the pet stores and I love that I can wheel it around to different parts of the house.
