We had a block of apartments that had become infested with cockroaches. Pestaway Pest Control Melbourne delivered there promise for a same day service. The pest controller was polite and efficient. He gave us his final report. We would be happy to employ there services again if need be.

I engaged Just Termites aka Pestaway in 2015 to complete a treatment under my house. 12 months later I received a letter suggesting the treatment will no longer be valid if I do not pay additional money yearly. I have repeatedly requested information regarding the scope of coverage and cost of the yearly inspections however to do this day have not received any information to address my queries. Verbally my understanding is that the coverage does not include any costs incurred by termites, hence there is no coverage, the treatment does not include prevention rather it is a checkpoint to see if any termites can be found. In December I received a letter to advise PestAway has acquired Just Termites, both company websites are unavailable. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing service. This review would not allow me to post with 0 stars, hence there is now one star only because it is mandatory.
