The journey in the NDIS for my daughter Renee and I has only been 18 months and we found it a very challenging but since we met Samiera from PSS Dandenong, we have had amazing support and all that stress is disappearing.

Cannot fault this provider. PSS are effective, have incredibly friendly staff and always happy to help.

Organization lacks effective and professional communication. Furthermore, hurtful and threatening comments were made against an honest hard working "on the ground" support worker. When you have no idea what it is that we do yet you take a client's budget money to pay yourself for doing absolutely nothing it begs the question of why you are established exactly. Your staff do not even know the guidelines and lack full training. An investigation into this company should be looked at.

Made to feel welcome on first contact by phone. Was efficient and quick in getting me signed up. All NDIS was explained. Support workers are professional and engaging. Everything I have asked for has been followed up swiftly. If it was going to take time then that was explained as are things with NDIS.

A really good disability services provider in Melbourne, if not the best. When I was first applying for the NDIS, I felt very overwhelmed and confused with the amount of choices. I found PSS online, and gave them a ring. They helped coordinate all of my services, and made the whole process stress free.
