I trained with Helen for over a year. She is very welcoming to all skill levels and makes strength training much less intimidating to beginners like myself. I trained with a friend and Helen was able to adapt our workouts so we could still train together even though my friend was more advanced at the time.

Helen has been my personal trainer for years and single-handedly got me through covid lockdowns. Cannot recommend Helen enough, she is so knowledgeable of what works for different bodies and knows when to push you to get the best out of your workout. Variety of workouts is also excellent.
