Visited this Halal kebab restaurant situated conveniently near Southern Cross Station and DFO South Wharf. The location is a definite highlight—nestled close to the river, offering both indoor and outdoor seating options. However, while the food tastes exceptional, the prices lean towards the expensive side. The portion sizes don't necessarily reflect the cost, which was a bit disappointing. Service could be warmer; a more welcoming atmosphere would greatly add to the overall experience. Overall, a great place for delicious kebabs if you're willing to overlook the price and the somewhat lackluster customer service.

If you're a fan of kebabs, then this is definitely a must-visit spot. They offer a wide variety of kebab items that will surely satisfy your cravings. Whenever my husband would come home from work, he would often surprise me with their Mix Kebab, which I absolutely loved. We even tried ordering through Doordash a couple of times, but this time, we decided to actually go to the place ourselves.

Let me start by describing the adorable and cozy cafe. They have both indoor and outdoor seating options, and if you choose to sit outside, you'll be treated to a lovely view of the Dockland bridge. It's the perfect setting to enjoy their delicious platters and maybe even indulge in some weekend beer.

The manager of the place is really friendly and polite, and the service we received was not bad at all. Even if they take a bit longer to serve your food, trust me, it's worth the wait. The presentation of the dishes is top-notch, and the taste is simply amazing. What's even better is that the prices they charge are quite affordable, considering the quality and quantity of the food they serve.

In conclusion, this is a great place to visit. You can hang out with your friends or spend some quality time with your family here. So, if you're in the mood for some delicious kebabs and a cozy atmosphere, make sure to check this place out.

This place is amazing! The best HSP I have ever had, portions are great and the service is exceptional. Everyone is friendly and Ali is a legend! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some great food with a great atmosphere!:)

The food here can be a bit hit and miss, but today it was spot on. Some of the softest Turkish bread and crispy, but not over-cooked, chips

Went there after reading reviews. I would suggest that probably they are of people who dine in. The takeaway portion was pretty average, especially for platter where you can only find rice and a thin layer of meat. The quality of Adana was good. Burger patty was good but bun was not upto the mark. Hugely disappointed after driving 40 mins just to come here.

Possibly the best kebabs in the area. My family and I stayed for a week in docklands and this restaurant was our fav. Their service is amazing, such friendly and nice people. The mixed plate was delicious. Their kebabs is truly succulent and rich, reminded me of the traditional middle eastern slow cooked kebabs. The shish kebab was delicious as well. The rice included in the plate tastes yummy (steamed and soft) just makes you want to keep eating. I rarely make reviews but I had to for this place. Parking is just across from the restaurant, and it includes indoor and outdoor area. We ate 3 times at this place after trying countless expensive restaurants. Their prices are very affordable too.

Great location, a 5 minite walk to crown, 5 minite walk to DFO. Food is srsly amazing. Customer service is so welcoming. Would 100% recommend!

The manger is so sweet and kind. The food is absolutely delicious and the pricing is reasonable considering everything going up it’s pretty affordable. The sitting area is beautiful with lights above u as well as in store sitting. It’s location is also rlly nice, it’s only a 10 minute work to crown, and u cross the bridge ur at the melborune convention centre. Would definitely recommend!

First time in "PERSO Home Style Grill & Kebabs" recommended by a friend and I just have to say they rock! It’s the cutest cozy spot with amazing food right next to the Seafarers Bridge. Atmosphere is chill and cool the staff are also really friendly. The Grilled Adana Platter is to die for. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. You can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. They made us feel welcomed with complimentary drinks and gave us an amazing experience.

I brought 30 people for dinner on 21 December. Very convenience location at CBD. It was really good, and the Restaurant owner was very friendly. Highly recommend lamb kebab.

Lovely fresh food. Had lamb kebab and felafel. Lamb was amazing. Felafel likewise. Close to convention centre across footbridge. Didn’t have to wait forever and all nice and clean. Would def recommend you give it a try.

This place’s HSP is amazing! We always buy it from here.

Chips are very crunchy and they have a pretty healthy serve of kebab meat on the top.
We order it with garlic sauce and add Sriracha ourselves. That’s super good!

Delicious kebabs, even better if you ask to have it with Turkish bread. The bread soaks up juices from the meat and doesn't get soggy.

Worst kebab I’ve ever had. The young man in the kitchen just dumped a heap of reheated meat and salad and overloaded the kebab with everything. I asked him nicely to remove half of the meat as it would be inedible (over stuffed). He refused to remove the filling and said it will be ok. It was disgusting and way too thick. Should be all about quality not quantity, not here! Got back to my hotel room and tried to open the top to eat the kebab and it was just a mess of meat, humous and soggy turkish bread. A tragedy! A totally un-eatable kebab and I threw it all in the bin. Avoid this place at all costs.
