Outstanding service and expertise received. I recently had my collection of Persian rugs (many more than 70 years old) washed with some requiring repairs. Hadi knows his Persian rugs. I couldn't be more happy with their service, The rugs now look more vibrant and refreshed. A wonderful service was provided having the rugs collected and returned from my residence and returned when they were meant to be returned - excellent service. Hadi and his colleagues did a great job cleaning and restoring my Moroccan carpet. Prices were very reasonable and the team were polite, friendly and professional.

We were given 3 carpets to take home on approval to Geelong without hesitation. We subsequently kept one and returned the other two the next day.

If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have. I had been doing the designer rug circuit for over a month and I was tortured until I came into this shop. It was amazing, the selection, the quality, everything. I just couldn't decide - I had ideas and measurements for size, but wanted to be really sure as the right rug can make or break the whole look and feel of the room. Hadi (the owner) understood this and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and so I could be sure, he and his boys brought them over (and some alternate options as well) so I could try them out in my home with my furniture and really experience they way they enhanced everything around them. We were so delighted with the service and end result that we ended up buying 6 really beautiful rugs over the course of several weeks - and Hadi really looked after us in every way - outstanding service and very competitive pricing. He also organised to take 2 of our older rugs for cleaning and rejuvenation and WOW! I think they actually look better now than the day we bought them. I really recommend checking this place out if your in the market for a rug - and don't be afraid to ask for help, they have so many rugs in this giant space that it can be overwhelming where to start.

I took my father Emeritus Professor Goran Hammarstrom to The Persian Carpet Emporium in Hawthorn.
The carpets were very beautiful and he selected two to take home for his living room. The owners were very friendly and helpful in finding the correct sizes required by my Dad. My Dad is very happy. He was given a very good price and the carpets look magnificent.
