Highly recommend Brad and Permit Plans Studio to anyone undertaking work on their home. I recently completed installing a pool with decking and fences in our backyard and Brad and his team were extremely helpful in creating the plans from my ideas. They were easy to work with and very supportive throughout what can be a complicated process complying with all the regulations. The staff were great, very professional and extremely efficient. I'm thankful to Brad and all the staff for helping me complete work on my dream backyard.

Advertised as one month process. Don’t believe it. They prepared plans then when it goes to surveyor I get asked for more
money because they didn’t get plans right from the word go. Not happy at all. I am very disappointed. Left msgs with no call backs. A true joke and ripoff.

I can highly recommend Brad Volling at Permit Plans Studio's. He heads a great team and gives excellent service, very good rates and lots of help and advice. After searching for someone to do the work required to get me a Building Permit for 2 months, I found Brad at Permit Plans. Every one lese either didn't reply or were only interested in large projects! Brad will help you no matter what you need.

Great service. We weren't sure what we needed to replace a verandah, but the knowledgeable staff talked us through the process before we committed to engaging their services. After we started the process it only took a couple of weeks to complete the process and we now have our permit.

Very efficient and easy to deal with. They organised the appointment of a Building Surveyor which saved time and effort for us. We were worried that it would take a while to get council approval especially being close to Christmas, but it was organised quickly and we managed to get our Alfresco design approved once we had settled on the plan. Our builder was able to finish the Deck and Hip Roof in time for Christmas, which made us very happy!

The whole team at PPS were most efficient. What I liked most about the process is that Brad told us, in advance, what charges we could be liable for. Brad and Twinkle have been good communicators and this made the whole permit process painless. Twinkle was great.

Definetely recommend - worked with the team at Plans and Permits and got the result required! It was was bit of a drawn out process but only because of the council planning authorities default to everything is 'No'!
