We got the most beautiful tiles for our newly renovated bathroom from Perini Tiles. They have an amazing selection that made it so hard to chose but Kadeisha’s expertise and eye for detail was beyond amazing and it made the process enjoyable. Tiles were delivered quickly, we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Perini Tiles!

What an amazing tile showroom! Exceptional displays and knowledgeable staff. On the day we visited we received one-on-one service with a smile. A great experience it was worth driving 5 hours from the country for.

After many hours of searching for the perfect feature tile for my bathroom renovation I discovered the Perini online store. Selecting with the advice of the wonderful staff I purchased online. The tiles were delivered interstate before the estimated date. The tiles Meca Snow are GORGEOUS. The staff very easy and friendly to deal with.

From Requesting samples to purchasing from Perini during the hardcore lockdowns of COVID I found Perini’s service was outstanding. I dealt with Mark, Rob and Kadeisha on several occasions and found them to be prompt in reply and always willing to help. Special mention to the boys at the warehouse too.
Amazing range to choice from and I have since gone on to recommend Perini to my clients.

Attended the Richmond showroom on 2nd Dec around lunch time, was not greeted when entering (2 female brunette staff on the floor) despite being the only customer. Walked through the whole showroom and down the back, holding tiles and placing them on the tables to compare. Was standing waiting for staff to acknowledge my presence - finally "do you need some help", staff member came across, I had to lead the whole conversation, was not asked if I would like a sample or quote or anything about why I was in the shop today. More customers walked through the door who appeared 'older' than myself and perhaps with 'deeper' pockets.these customers were approached and served instantly, with questions asked of them, while I was left to my own devices again.

For Perini's information, staff would benefit from training around communicating with customers and taking a non-judgemental stance. We are renovating our kitchen, laundry and bathroom and were interested in purchasing all our tiles needed from Perini (what could have been a significant purchase if staff did not judge a book by its cover), however given the brush off by staff and assumptions, we will not be returning.

Very disappointing considering the product at Perini is stunning (the two stars are purely for product).

Wonderful tile store. The staff were very helpful, and I've been provided with samples to test what will work in the home! They have an excellent range.

Perini has a lovely range of tiles but their customer service is so so poor. I did however have a lovely interaction with? Julia.
I have ordered from them twice and each time there has been an issue. It seems everything is too hard for them, from sending you photos of an item which has just 1 picture on their website, to sending you a tracking number.

They will reply to get your money but ignore your other emails.

I had hesitations ordering from them this time around and this has sealed the deal.

Much better range of wall tiles than some other tile shops I've been to. HUGE selection to choose from - the sort of things you might see in decorator magazines.

Whilst Perini have a good range of tiles, the service we received was decidedly average- at best.

The business model is: "Yes they're in stock. You pay today and then once we have cleared funds we will arrange for them to be shipped into our Heidelberg West warehouse. We will then organise for the stock to be picked and send you an email to inform that they are ready. You can than arrange to collect from our warehouse in Heidelberg West. This will take a minimum of 4 working days. Maybe more".

When challenged as to whether they were actually in stock, the response was that they were "in stock at our other interstate warehouse". I.e on backorder.

A second purchase of the same tiles received the same response, however when we collected them, it was clear that our tiles came from an entire pallet of the same stock line in the Heidelberg West Warehouse.

We had a few boxes left over. When querying a possible return of 2 boxes: "Yes, we could possibly take them, but you're only allowed 14 days from the date of invoice and then we charge a 20% restock fee and you will also be paying for freight back to our other warehouse". Our invoice was paid prior to cup weekend and 9 days had already elapsed by collection day. The 14 day return window included the long weekend after collection (a Friday) and it closed while we were waiting for our tiler to commence the job in the next few days.

Perhaps we were just unlucky in that we landed with the wrong staff member, but every aspect of dealing with this business was difficult and we felt as if were were doing them a favour by spending our funds with them.

We will not be dealing with Perini for any further tiling requirements. We have found another business which also offers an excellent range, far better pricing (35% less in one case) and much better service.

I bought some tiles a few weeks ago and paid a large deposit. Since then I have been trying to follow up with them as the sales assistant told me I would receive an email within 7 days. I’ve called COUNTLESS times, no answer. Left messages, emailed…. It’s appalling customer service. Incredibly disappointed

Perini's range of beautiful tiles is amazing, and I found exactly what I wanted there. I live interstate so called Perini and and spoke to Pamela. Pamela was friendly and helpful, checked on availability and processed the purchase - such great service. I would also like to thank Mark for arranging shipping so quickly, and again for following up with Nic Gehrig when I wasn't sure of arrangements. Great service all around! I picked up my tiles, and I'm so thrilled with them. Thankyou all so much for your help. I definitely recommend Perrini Tiles, both for the range of beautiful tiles, and the amazing service.

Requested and paid for samples as an architect.
Received samples close to three weeks later only to find only parts of tiles instead of full pieces.
When I called them to point this out and to tell them that we could not put these incomplete samples in front of our client it was only confirmed to me that Perini never send out full tiles.
That's the level of service you can expect for a large residential development that will now not go to Perini. Nor any other future project.
Very disappointing attitude.

Terrible customer service. 3 weeks in waiting and still haven't had a reply to my phone calls or email. The product on the website was heavily photoshoped and the actual product was different. I won't recommend this company at all!

We ordered loads of different tiles from Perini and had them shipped up to Sydney. Really helpful both pre-sales and after sales service. We can't wait to touch up the rest of our house and use them again!

The team here were extremely helpful, as i was not personally able to go into the store it was a breeze dealing with them through email. Super quick response and delivery of tiles in a quick time! Highly recommend the team here and will definitely be buying future tiles from here!

NOT JUST TILES … Perini Pty Ltd recently completed a major renovation of my small unit and it has been a great experience which has really transformed my place. The plans they drew up were creative and imaginative with lots of space saving innovations. The connection with Paula in the showroom selecting tiles was extremely helpful, professional and thoughtful. The project management and follow-up during my 10-week reno was amazing coupled with a really lovely and professional team of Trades. AMAZING – I very highly recommend.

Amazing, helpful staff that go above and beyond for each order. They saved my house from being delayed during a build. I had previously searched high and low for good quality, real and cool Terrazzo tiles but I should’ve just gone to Perini’s first.

The experience I had at Perini was flat out disappointing and really quite shocking. Forget all the hype and supposed top notch quality you see and hear about this business, I would advise to avoid them LIKE THE PLAGUE. We all work too hard for what we have to keep this disaster afloat. Staff are rude, don’t get back to you, Mark Perini is aggressive and dismissive. Follows up complaints with rude emails telling you who he is and isn’t willing to speak to in regards to your issue, ie he prefers my mother doesn’t call. What the heck!? Because she’s assertive and won’t accept your lies and excuses!? My situation was: I bought a certain quantity of a certain tile, realised I needed more and of course phoned through to order more. I was assured that the order would arrive at the warehouse very soon. I had to pay for the tiles beforehand also. “Very soon” suddenly turned into MONTHS. Excuse after excuse after excuse. One minute they’re “on the way over via boat, 2 weeks tops” next minute apparently according to Perini the quality of the batch to be received “didn’t meet their standards” next thing again going to be even longer to wait for unknown and uncommunicative reasons, too bad so sad attitude from them. They knew I couldn’t walk away because I’d already started a significant amount of tiling so had to continue with the same tile. No “fs” given by them, no solutions offered for alternative arrangements. They had my money that’s all that mattered. Ultimately this delay was not just annoying but has cost me THOUSANDS because obviously I can’t put my house up for sale with incomplete tiling, I’ve had to pay trades to come back, fix up, work around etc whilst waiting, couldn’t get my certificate of final inspection. Disaster! Finally, after waiting and waiting and countless calls my tiles arrived. Well.they’re a different thickness and size to the originals! (What was that about “quality control? Absolute BS) Totally different dimensions to the others. Not even bothering to ring these cheats to complain because there’s no service given or responsibility taken in any situation by them. All I have to say is: The home we’re renovating won’t be the last, we have money to spend and I will NEVER spend here again, and neither should anyone else because they do not look after their customers, it’s just too hard with them. It’s a competitive world out there and there’s better options, shop around and support a business that gives a damn.
