They are pretty good until your property is settled, then if you found some issues with the house even they have done building and pest inspection for you, then they won’t help you again. Very slow reply or just ignore. To be honest, the service was totally not worth the money I paid for. I won’t recommend them to anyone.

Great first experience working with PPA and specifically Jonathan Foong. Given the heat and competitiveness in the current real estate environment, Jonathan took the stress out of securing a property. His analysis and knowledge of the different markets coupled with good communication and an understanding of my long term plans put my mind at ease for what was a big financial decision. Not only do they offer some fantastic in-depth research on the Australian property market (31 regions), they have also assisted one of my clients with a purchase of a property, making sure due diligence and all relevant issues were considered by my clients.

Phillip Tom and Anna were of great assistance in securing an investment property for my wife and i. They are a professional team who provide great advice and support through what could usually be a stressful process. It allowed us to be 'hands off' and let the experts to what they do best.

I used them 2 years ago and I wish I had realised it earlier how sales focused they were. They wanted a sale, they got one. In the end in retrospect I see how pushy they were. A few years on, the property was an average, the street was average, the price was average and this is what the local agents have to say for it, not my word. There has been some growth but that has been average too. So Phillip and his team sounded great but the results were not as consistent. If you decide to use them, before you purchase the property make sure you know the market yourself to some degree.
